    Looking for lean gains but im not balls out on this cycle for diet. Im eating relatively normal and watching fat intake. Truth is, im very comfortable with this cycle and not losing sleep over what im eating or doing. I dont run PCT anymore - i return to TRT, but my cals will increase accordingly.

    how long you been on TRT for?

    and after how many cycles did you do until you ended up on TRT?

    4lb of hamburger
    20 slices of ham
    10 slices of cheese
    King Hawiian bread bun
    1lb of fries

    I ate all BUT:
    1/8 of the burger
    1/2 the fries

    Im trying to work out when im going to have my fast -_- these days, i get up at 5am, work 07:00-19:00, train 19:30 - 21:00, get home 22:00 and im in bed at 23:00 =\

    That's a lot of the idea behind the whole IF thing is working out fasted. I like fasted training, I know the big boys don't do it. But hell I ain't a big boy.
