    I don't enjoy morning trainings. But since I've been back to work, it's vital that I don't go in late. I can't do crowded gyms. So it's either super late, or super early. I enjoy super late sessions better. But then I wouldn't get enough sleep to be ready for work the next day. I usually wake up around 4, drink coffee and watch the news. At the gym by 4:45, no later than 5.

    While I enjoy night trainings better, I certainly feel better throughout the day when I train in the mornings.

    I have learned to love morning training.. I prefer it over afternoon or evenings.. I do, however, like to get a couple meals in first.
