    I've got a little bit of stuff. Finished out my garage (this is before the wall panel) for the home gym .It still gets cold here in the winter but I also have a nice 80000 BTU heater for it. [IMG][/IMG]

    Since I am by myself the Smith helps a lot. I wish I didn't have to depend on it so much but with my business & kids I cant get away or have a consistent training partner during the time of day I workout. I'll be adding a hack squat machine by summer hopefully.

    You need to work out more by putting some sheetrock up on those walls before the insulation gets torn and starts looking like a mess. It only takes a day or so to hang it and put a tape coat on it and it will keep it a lot warmer inside.

    Whats up gobbagoo's !

    Finally back at it in the office. I like being at work because it helps me stay on my eating plan . Timing is so much of it when putting in those cals. When I am at home I seem to be an hour behind on my meals usually.
