Y'all are going to enjoy this. I have smoothie coming over tonight (I think she is around the ripe age of 45, woman has a banging body), and will be having a diff girl over Sunday who is 24, and still a spring chicken.

My question to y'all, is there a name for this? Besides the obvious!

I know this isn't typical whore material but I wanted to give a bit of an update since there were several guys here who mentioned having chronic sinus issues.

I'm 2 weeks post op from having a balloon sinuplasty performed. They use general anesthesia and basically run a wire catheter into your sinus cavities then use a balloon to blow up the sinus canal allowing drainage and irrigation. They place self dissolving catheters in the sinus canal to keep it open.

After waking I experienced virtually no pain and spent the next week sucking and hacking up blood and mucus. I had the implants removed yesterday and suctioned the remaining dried micas. There is still some swelling behind my ear drums but the sinus pressure is gone, I can breathe again and no snoring at night.

If you guys are not prepared or to the point where a similar procedure is necessary, try using a saline nasal spray mixed with 2 drops of Johnsons baby shampoo to irrigate your nasal passages 3-5 times a day for a week or 2. This has amazing results and can help with the heavy mucus buildup and works as an antimicrobial solution.
