I think dropping 2 percent body fat in a year and staying the same weight is good progress. It's a marathon, not a track meet.

Ha I put on well over 15lbs of muscle in one year with my first year of cycling according to the bodpod that test your lean body mass. I put on muscle while cutting, ask Nark I pulled some pro bodybuilding shit on the way down from 11% to 5%. Sorry I don't just do this here and there. I can pack on muscle fast
