yeah rose injurys are prob something you deal with alot with the fighting and powerlifting i deal with strains and pulls often, but i know with how thick gear is now its getting crazy but i want to get a huge raw total like 2100+ and compete and grab the biggest 242 multiply in any federation, and yeah i lovvvvveee my bands, bitches work but i would def suggest a person to be already strong before using them

you got some nice goals, you better work for them! and yeh your gonna need a shit load of gear and hgh and food. my bulking diet is 6kcal plus (but i train fighting too, so i burn alot) you need to up calories and gear mofo!
I love chains, only used bands once or twice for fun, never actualyl tried using them seriously. I guess im happy with my speed. Well i may train like a powerlfiter but i dont really care too much though, as long as im strong enough to do ground and pound t a 130kg person 10x over, im happy lol.

yeah im ona gram of sust atm, yall are making me wana get on tren ! hahaha shit, but i think you should add bands you will be even more explosive and powerful i need a snatch the other day for fun and my training partners think i could throw 135 like 20 feet in the air im so explosive, but yeah im working my ass off training juicing eating, i eat prob 4000k+ i dont fight though so i dont burn as much as you lol
