what will taking the mean of the increase of a bunch of different exercises do? just because you included more exercise doesnt mean its a better indicator of overall gain in strength. it probably would have been better to use the 'core' exercises: bench, squat, dead. and took the average of that increase instead. the results would be meaningless if you were able to obtain any data from anyone. i mean, no one knows the answer to those. it assumes we even do all those exercises, and that we recorded all these things and have them at our disposal. i dont know what else to tell you. if you need help with ideas for a significant poll with meaningful results, i have a few statistics courses under my belt.

I doubt his intentions were to investigate the pure science of str increase, but moerso an objective foresight into possible str gains he'll see when he jumps on cycle? Just speculating.

I disagree with your considerations but at least you were the only one who answered seriously.
By the way, except for pulley, all the exercises meant are "core". Perhaps you didn't even read the list of those.

Bump for a comment from Alexia.

    Also, I agree with JiGGaMaN.
This "study" will not show you a representative example of strength gains due in large to the fact that everyone is different and will gain in those muscle groups differently due to differences in: compounds, workout routine, diet, muscle condition at the time of cycle, and so on.
Might have something to do with why it wasn't taken seriously.

You have no idea what you are talking about. I just wanted to have a statistical among the guys on the forum, no big deal I would say. If this study won't be representative is only because you guys are not going to answer.
Might have something to do with why it wasn't taken seriously. Simple, because the majority of the people are not serious!
If this thread had been started by one of the oldest here, everyone or almost like little puppies, would have followed it.
Many of you just follow because you need to follow... you need a guide! This is very well visible on the whole of the posts around.

snob you have no idea what that word means

I believe you have no right to "expell" me covertly from this forum.
    Only the admin owner can.

    So, before writing think twice.

    PS
If you don't like me, as you quoted previously, why do you keep writing me?
Just ignore me, do not reply to my threads. Very easy.

This what I am going to do:

    Stats: 36yo, 6'1.5 ft, 191 lbs, 9 bf

    Cycle:

    Bulking
    Week 1-12
    Test e 500 mgs EW (mon/thu, 250 each)

    PCT
    W1 clomid 100mgs ED, nolva 40mgs ED
    W2 clomid 50mgs ED, nolva 40mgs ED
    W3 clomid 50mgs ED, nolva 20mgs ED
    W4 clomid 50mgs ED, nolva 20mgs ED

    1. If I see signs of gyno while bulking, arimidex 0,5 mg ED till they subside.
    2. If my testicles shrink while bulking, HCG 250 iu ED last 2W on cycle and 2W rest before PCT, plus Nolva 20 mg ED.

questions the question says calculate ur strength increases

obviuosly people are going to gain more of a percentage strength increase in certain exercises then others

so out of the 6 exercises, do i average there increases, then vote?

    sorry also mate

i think ur way of measuring strength increase is poor since the more u lift, the harder it is to increase ur overall percentage in strength increase e.g

    2 people

    gay and bisexual

    gay benchs 200kg

    bisexual benchs 50kg

both increase their lifts by 20%

gay now benchs 240kg, 40kg increase

bi now benchs 60kg, 10kg increase

see my point, using percentage is misleading and inaccurate, and a poor meausurment of cycles abilitys

my point is ur asking for overall percentage increases averaged (since now i re read ur post)

what im pointing out is the STRONGER u r, the greater strength increase that is required to increase overall percentage

    AGAIN

    2 people

    1 benchs 100kg, a 50% increase is now 150kg, strength increase 50kg
    2 benchs 40kg, a 50% increase is now 60 kg, strength increase 20kg

U SEEE NOW, both increase their strength by EQUAL percentages BUT person 1 increased der strength by 50kg, person 2 increased der strength by 20kg

do u see my point yet??????????????????????????????????????????????

and im not here to argue, BUT the way to talk to everyone is going to cause neally everyone to argue with u

Look, first of all I came here in a very friendly way but if you think I am the one who started, then you should go and look all of my threads. I just asked for help and support and I have received mostly just kicks in my ba..s.
Furthermore, I asked private help by pm(ing) some guys in here and some of those did not even reply to my msgs (well-mannered behaviour!).
Then I was told that my English is terrible and even if it was true (latest toefl score 560 so university access available), it is not polite to say to someone who you don't even know. Someone else wrote me my grammar is not correct but then when I asked to correct it no-one came along...
Did you know all of these things before judging my conduct!
So don't tell me I am the one who wants to argue, I am a person who is not willing to prostrate to anyone, just because asked to!
But if I see I am wrong I am the first who accept it since I already apologized to those who deserve it and whose comments to my posts were wrongly taken from my side.

Regarding my thread of strength, again your example shows what I wanted to know. Math is not an opinion, it's a fact but it is also fundamental to figure out the answer we receive from it.
Math is my life, I work as a sole trader engineer and I deal with numbers, charts and statistics every day, 250 days a year.

So, the 50% increase of both guys of your examples is what I needed to know from them and they would have answered both 50%. The fact that one is lifting more than another means nothing in my research since I am only looking for overall percentage strength increase and not strength increase itself related to each genetics. In that case my research would not be appropriate even though I have a simplex algorithm ready for that.
But of course, since so far only 19 people decided to answer and among those, 5 decided not to answer at all; only 14 guys among all make think, since I am not a stupid human being, that I would waste my time going again in that direction, though very interesting for all, I would say.

At the end I tell you, if you think I am here to argue you are just following those that under my menial point of view, don't like to have in a board a thinking person, ready to learn and therefore to ask, with a little knowledge on his own in a few fields among the vastness.

My head hurts. I'm sure the OP will claim it's because his, "mind is better, best cause think vast and I'm so think smart, intelligent when no one is as vastly intelligent, smart in case ipso-facto I'm the greatest thread smart 50-84% mechanical, ecological engineer" but I think it's because he's an arrogant moron.

I don't know about strength increase because I have yet to start my cycle. I'll let you know when I do.

As for BJJ trying to argue, I think he just comes across that way. I don't think he is trying to be mean to anyone.
