Well for muay thai we would weight are heads with a belt and a weight, and lift up, to train to be strong in the plum so thats one exersize. My buddies dad was a mechanic so he was always under a car on his back holding his head up all day, dude had a huge neck.

All I do for my traps is DB shrugs 4x20. My whole family is built like me. Not as muscular/big because I train. But all have the potential to be massive. Even the females.

I don't work traps directly, obviously deadlifts and sohp and other activities engage them. But i stopped years ago, shrugs just seemed pointless. Traps are pretty big, never had any desire to push hard at making them bigger proportionally than the rest of me. I still think genetics is the biggest factor there anyways.

Any specific neck exercises without mainly using the traps? I saw a guy rolling on his neck at the gym, he was training for a MMA fight, but that exercise didn't look safe to me!

If you are fighting/wrestling you need to have a strong neck, and have it trained to be able to be in semi odd positions, it certainly isn't for size, but to protect him.

I have to wear 4x v-necks...Xtra long. If i dress up, my shirts are 19.5 but leaving the top button unbottoned. I refuse to pay the extra prices as that money could fund, well...things to make me bigger. haha...

I used to use a head harness many years ago and my neck got up to 19 1/2 inches. Now I am around 17 1/2. I might go find that harness again!!

I taped two 25lb plates together wrapped in a towel and I use that for my head harness. I use it once a month. 1 set 30 reps.

Ever notice how we guys are always interested or concerned about our penis size? Well not all of us as some don't ever need to worry about it. Those are the ones we want to be like. But i think it all goes back to those x-rated movies we watch as it seems every guy on them is hung like a horse making some or most of us envious. So lets blame it on the pornos..lol It would be interesting though to see how many here would take a pill if it were really available to increase the size of your penis to any size you wanted. I wonder how many would take the pill and how big they actually would want to be to make them feel really adequate in the bedroom. Personally I think 10 is a good number..

Boy you know I think it would be tough call for the ladies as some I think really don't care how the size is. If they truly love the man they will be happy. But then some will say they need a man big enough to satisfy their needs. So it would probably be a toss up. I think if your at least 5 and above your GTG for most women as they are more interested in how he treats them and provides for them.

I agree with you. Most women only need an average size man who treats them great. While others need a monster to bottom out. I have known a few women who had a complex about how they looked downstairs.

Why is it if you have a 18.5 inch neck most companies think you have 36 sleeve length? It's a bitch finding an 18.5 with 32/33 sleeve length. Then suits. 46 regular jacket comes with the pants with a f Ing 40 inch waist. I need 32 damn it. The Taylor has to take so much in its a double fee.

In my experience with pre child birth women yes as well. But then again the big mouthed women gave better bj's and kissed better. And a tight one loosens up with enough pounding.

You guys obviously have a vast amount of knowledge when it come to necks and traps. I'm hoping you might share some of that knowledge with with in tegarards to building up huge traps and neck. Currently my neck is 17" but I am hoping to make'huge gains on this. My traps are average but I have a variety of proven exercises that I'm comfindent with will provide the gains I want if stuck to and used with a progressive system. My problem is I do not have any neck exercises I know of to work with. The only one I KNOW OF IS neck bridges.Any help will be much appreprciated. Nothing to me speaks pure power than a solid neck and trap. Many thanks in advance to those who take the time to reply.best wishes Johnno
