Ya day of injection was ok. It was the next day. My trap down to the rotator is just locked up. Been stretching, massaging, heating, and taking mild pain killers. A little better today but still only about 30% ROM. Hopefully it improves by tomorrow. It's got me sidelined and I'm not happy abouty this at all!!!

yea unfortunately technology has gone down hill in the sturdiness dept. I remember when I had a cell I could run over and it wouldnt break. Now you drop it from two inches and it shatters

I remember those.

It sad nowadays we have to have cases for them cause try are less sturdy.

I remember dragging out bag phone down the road one time and it never even skipped a beat. Good times.
