Absence of Spousal Support??
My wife keeps calling me fat and lazy. She thinks it is all in my head regardless of my 3 years of lab work with no improvement. I am so close to completely breaking down. Has anyone had similar situations? I want to feel better but none of my docs have wanted to help.

First off I wouldn't put up with someone calling me fat and lazy, most especially a spouse. So you need to put an end to that right away, just don't tolerate it. Secondly if you aren't already busting your ass as best you can with what you are given then start doing it. Third you already know, find a better doctor.

Have two appointments scheduled next month with new docs and still researching for the best local doc.

I just try to put it out of my mind like any other distraction, but that will only work for so long. Hope it all works out for you man.

I got that crap after getting the kids ready for school, picking them up from the sitters, taking my oldest to soccer and stopping to get the wife dinner on the way home.... about to lose it.

2nd that with Seoinage!!! The world is a tough enough place to negotiate, so the last person you need stacking the deck against you is your own wife! If you take that then that's on you!
It's up to you to take control of ALL of this. Also, I encourage you to get more active with this place. Nothing is a quick fix.

agree. your spouse is supposed to have your back. not ridicule and belittle you.
on the other side of the coin, i lifted for years with low T before I did anything abouut it. even though the cards can be stacked against you, you don't give up! You play the cards you were delt! Part of being a man (imo) is taking care of yourself as best you can, and that includes muscular development.
I'm assuming you really haven't been lifting much? (you really didn't say)

My girlfriend just moved in with me and I feel like I'm getting no support from her at all. I'm not the same guy she met a year ago because how I feel everyday is killing me. She has her own problems from moving somewhere far from home. It's bullshit that just because people can't SEE you suffering they assume you are just fine. My friends are tired of me complaining how I feel all the time. I'm in the same boat as you, I feel like I can't take this shit anymore. I've been feeling awful since May. Between work, my living situation, my girlfriend, my health, I feel like I'm at the end of my ****ing rope. Today was the 4th week of T injections, and the only area of improvement I have is my libido but now my girlfriend is being so distant it doesn't even matter.....

Bro, I do agree with what is being said above, but reality is not that simple. yes, start standing ur ground more but you better have a heart to heart with her because actions alone may just confuse the matter worse?

One thing is for certain , we are in charge of our own happiness and health . You have to ask yourself is anything she's saying true ? How is your sex life with her ( an under sexed partner will alway cause a problem ) if everything she's saying is false and she is just busting. Balls for no reason , you'll have to decide if it's worth being with her ... Period !

You said you had three years of labwork. Post the results! Then we'll have something to work with and can get an idea of what the problem is.

It is sad to see that you have been on TRT for three years and your levels are in the 300s. I don't think your doctor has adjusted your dose enough to get you to a decent level. You can push for the doc to up you to 200mg/wk (that is what my dose is) to see if you can get up to the higher part of the range...or maybe a new doctor will be more proactive.
That isn't to say that you don't have other issues as well. Sometimes our hormones are just part of the problem, but it is certainly no magic bullet that fixes everything that is going on with our bodies.
As far as your wife, that took a while to break down and will take time to fix. Shame it has deteriorated to the point that you guys are speaking to each other that way (or maybe it is just her, but it is a shame regardless).

Have you had an MRI of your pituitary? Also, if you are not seeing an Endocrinologist who specializes in this area, I suggest that you do so. Ask him to order the following tests-
Comp Metabolic Panel
Cortisol
Estradiol
Testosterone Serum,Total/Free
LH
FSH
SHBG
CBC w/Diff
and please push for the MRI...as well as seeking out a specialist. Also, if you are already seeing a specialist and not receiving care which you feel is adequate, please remember that there are varying levels of qualified physicians, just like there are good, bad, and mediocre mechanics, plumbers, and carpenters. Do not be afraid to seek 2nd and 3rd opinions, and to take your business elsewhere all together. There are websites which give quite detailed reviews on doctors and their performance based on outcomes. Seek out those doctors in your area, in the field of Endocrinology.

You can start by looking here for a doctor. Thanks to TR

I know it's tough especially since you have been letting it happen for a while so you cant just put the hammer down because she will just get worse probably. Start by trying to talk to the wife and explaining she is not helping. If she wont listen try giving her some example of would you like it if I said X or Y? She is gaining weight, tits are sagging more etc? Usually doesnt go over to well at first but she will get the point. If she agrees to stop then make sure you call her on it each time she starts in on you. If she wont listen then tell her you want her to go to couples counseling.

Ok, I'll be the one to ask. Are you fat? lazy? good shape? because of your symtoms? you said you've been battling this for 3 yrs, did you have a bad cycle, pct? have you cycled since this started? what do you think made this come on? are you still working out or are you completely shut down? no muscle gain, strength, endurance, junk still work? not trying to be a dick at all, just trying to get info so maybe someone can help. If i was your wife, these are the questions i would be asking, not ridaculing you.
