^^^This is true. And thanks father Swartz for the advice, lol. Ive never done a comp like this, so any pointers would help. I know Im not a contender, just want to make sure I do everything to the best of my ability.

If your doing it right and long enough yes. I would always pose after each set working out. Really brought the straiations out.

Hahaa yeah. I have cupcakes times a million, cheesecake, snacks galore in my drawer to eat all day, some candy, and some bananas and kiwi. Trying to eat breakfast without water but it's killing my gut, so I'm sipping a little. hopefully it doesn't backfire and cause me to store every bit of water.

Here is your miserable update.

2 weeks ago MM13 had her second TIA ( mini stroke ) of the year. Followed by the stomach flu which I caught and just now recovered from. We are both doing a lot better today. Sorry for any inconvenience that my absence caused in reference to the contests.

I'm back. What are your questions, comments, complaints and or concerns?
