2 weeks ago MM13 had her second TIA ( mini stroke ) of the year. Followed by the stomach flu which I caught and just now recovered from. We are both doing a lot better today. Sorry for any inconvenience that my absence caused in reference to the contests.

I'm back. What are your questions, comments, complaints and or concerns?

I cannot compete with that. I had 5 inches off the chin. I was informed by my wife that I was not an outlaw biker nor did I ride with SAMCRO. Trim it. Obviously I told her OK.

I hope you have good doctors, never be afraid to get more doctors involved if you feel the need. It took the right one to diagnose her right the first time, and the second incident where a dif doc was going to send her home when she was in need of surgery was saved when another doc came into the picture.

Surprisingly my wife has come to terms and realized she can't convince me to shave it. She does still mention trimming the mustache.

But the whole cultural crap involving beards and how things have changed pisses me off. All real men of the past had beards.

I lost a few months of growth since I shaved the sides and trimmed the goat up until December. Wish I left it alone from when I stopped shaving in July, would have been awesome.

The patch sounds awesome! Haha

I had a few ounces of apple juice when I got off work, but I dumped dextrose in it so it wasn't refreshing.

Lasix is working. Water is leaving continuously. 800 mg potassium still a little cramping

Honestly I have had too much sodium. I havent been flushing water like I would have had I done it right. Not a huge deal though as I'm carrying enough bf that I'm not going to be a ripped monster anyways. Although when I get lean ill do like what I did before the comp when I did the water and sodium manipulation right. Then take lots of pics.

I think we are are running short on judges, I thought the judges were Misery, Gearbox, 3Js, vettestar and Times Roman. That's from memory. It was said that some are sick / MIA. TR has not shown his face in here once while the comps been on, so I doubt if he will judge or not. That goes for 3Js and Vettestar too.

I'd just like to say I prob looked better 6 weeks ago with the same weight. Running out of gear 5 days before the end is thw worst thing that could of happened to me( and it did), test prop @350 pw is no substitute for sust at 875 pw, tren sides at 350 are virtually none existent( at least I know where I stand with this compound for next time), test prop makes me tired, anavar makes me angry( go figure = tren is cool, var is like dynamite to my temper). I prob messed it up the final stages for conditioning etc, and i still cant pose lol.

You know all the competition guys ? are they on stage with gear in their bodies or what ? I know a guy who is competing and said he wont be injecting for a week before because of dimple raises from injection sites, is this BS?
