    I'm pretty much sitting at 235, been here a while. I didn't lift for a week and traveling didn't have crazy amounts of food. I lose my appetite when I'm not lifting.

    No where was opened.... I ended up just going home and hitting a 30min fast pace circuit lift.
    I'm coming down from 264lbs at 13.5%bf to where I am now around 237-242 I would think I'm under 10% now but haven't been tested...

    I know I'm not in this contes but here were my pics yesterday. I'm ten weeks out sat

    Your prepping for a show with a pregnant woman. More power to you. And good luck. Clen and t3 with a little stimulant helps get through the workouts. Jittery but you push on. How far out are you cutting carbs then loading?

    My life has become such a wreck over the past year..... pain creates power.... Truthfully I think the only thing that has made me be able to put on so much size this year. From the peak of my bulk last nov until the peak of my bulk this November I put on 9lbs and was almost 1.5%bf lower. Now if I could only do that over the next 5 years.

    You have very good definition at around 8-9% imo. If you get to 5% I think you would be fine to go on stage. Awesome awesome work. Such dedicated!

    Thanks gb.. The real problem last year was when i dropped from 6.5% to 5.5% i lost like 12lbs... I got soooo flat and lost sooo much size and muscle. If you don't mind please check out my precontest log. It's called project diet

    No I have competed in strongman competitions but never a bodybuilding competition. I'm so nervous and feel so unprepared even tho my show is still almost 11wks out.

    Yes it's my current log. The beginning is really hard to follow. Plus in the beginning I wasn't really dieting I was just showing how my normal day to day went. Towards the end I started making one post for each day and then just editing it as I go along. Sorry bro but I don't know how to post a link to another post...     Sorry if I'm hijacking the thread... I've been following it since it started. I wanted to join in sooo bad but the rules of the competition wouldn't allow it. Good thing tho bc I was around 260 when it started and 275 would of been hard to hit lol. That is unless I just dropped my carbs by half 3 days before, did 2hrs of cardio, jumped rope in the steam room, and took a LASIK lol..... I would be soooooo flat and probably drop 20lbs. Then I could just carb load and tan a few times and get a good pump on and id look like I had some amazing results.... in just days. I wonder how many ppl actually tried this approach.
