Well the last month or so has been pretty shit training wise for me. First off ive been busy with other commitments so my training and eating hadnt been 100%
Then i decided to try a new source for gear. 4 weeks had passed and i knew something was wrong. No weight, none of the usual sides but i decided to give it some more time.
6.5 weeks in at 750mg/week i managed to finally get some bloods done and because of christmas it took longer to get the results. I had stopped pinning by then anyway because nothing was happening and i was becoming unmotorvated. I hit the gym only once in 2 weeks during christmas and only back at it today.
I got the results and it turns out the gear was completely bunk! ****!\
There goes my plans and plans for competing in march.
I havent had the time to come on here in a while, how is everyone else going? hopefully better than me!!

Ok guys we are nearing the end if this first sucessful comp and need all the encouragement and support from all of you now as we all begin final stage prep

Quick update- new job=hard as hell physically, lost 9 ****ing pounds.
On the up side, contracted with an ifbb pro and is helping me get ready for a show in October. Started new diet today (yummy) and workout regiment Ina few days. Im still in this but won't be what I should. Also uncle just got promoted to 2nd lieutenant at fire department and is offering me a job when I turn 21. Salary will increase and time for bodybuilding will increase dramatically. Right now I guess you could say I'm restarting my bulk (fvkn gay). Still got bout a month to whip yalls ass!!! And I'll keep y'all updated on my progress through the year with the pro helping me.

Didnt you win the last one? I remember the remarkable change/improvement from start to finish.
Good luck in the comp and job.
Does your or most peoples weight stay close to the same day to day? Mine fluctuates 5+ any given day. i can easily go from 180 to 185 or even 190 in a couple days but typically stay around 185 + - 3-5lbs
