Lost weight. But due to personal issues. Getting back on track. I hope.

Sorry man, know how that can be, at one point I went from a solid 175 down to a weak pathetic 155 lbs, all because of bad things going on in life. Was hard to reverse it too. So hope you don't let it keep your from living your life to the fullest in all regards.

I randomly drop 10 lbs or gain 2-3%bf in a week for no apparent reason all the time. Who cares keep eating big animals cape you'll be fine in the long run.

I shouldn't have shaved mine a week before u guys started talking about it. It was already approaching 3 inches. Probably grow it again after holidays. I certainly look better without and it keeps the wife happy but I miss it. Only concern is if melanotan changes its color ill want to shave it all off till it grows normal.

At least you guys have gotten to start. I got a cardiologist appointment on the 30th and he is doing s stress test, ultra sound of my heart, and hooking me up to a monitor for 24 hours to monitor my beats and irregularities. It is going to be Dec 1-7th before I even get to start! Dang it! Dang it! But hey, I got the beard out infull force. You guys willbe proud of this salt and pepper bush. 2 weeks, I am going to have amonster puff ball.

Unfortunately this pic gave me nightmares last night. Dreamt I had a big beard but it was either perfectly black in parts or Snow White. And there was even a huge patch above my eye but the slightest tug it came out but then I accidentally pulled part of the beard out. Pretty messed up but boy was I ugly. Chin area was perfectly white and mustache curled up and was jet black.

Being sick sucks, all I have left is a cough and extra phlegm, hope I don't have another winter like last year, it was brutal, but so far I'm not off to a good start. It makes me think this time of year is terrible for a cycle, and won't do again.

Yesterday the scale said 227. That's 10lbs up. I contribute a lot of it to water though. The last few days I put away upwards of 2 gal plus I started back on creatine. I haven't weighed today. I probably will not be in the gym until Thursday. I finish finals on wed. I just need to get some pins and liquidex and get ready to blow past the 15lb gain.

I can never go by the scale. I swear I can carb deplete for a week and have a huge cheat day and easily gain 10lbs. All water tho... Every gram of carbs absorbs two grams of water. I can easily eat 3lbs of potatoes in a day and drink a couple gallons of water.... Bam!!! 10-15lbs in 24-48hrs
