Thanks, I figured people wouldn't care as it really makes no difference, and think it's sufficient proof, but if people need more proof I can print off something they send me and use it today. Just need to know before I go home since don't have a printer at home. Just another one of those things to remind me I live in the middle of no where.

Haha dang, it would have been a two hour drive to the nearest place to hopefully find a USA today. But we don't have surrounding towns here ahaha. Still though you spent more time trying to find a place than I did, that's intense, I just hit up grocery store and gas stations and places in my tiny town.

My pics will be up after work this evening, though if weight isn't under 210 like I want I'm going to put on a bunch of sweats and walk.

2 days of starvation and 2 hrs in sauna.

2 days of starvation and 2 hrs in sauna.

This is what I did, wasn't going to share but, meh why not. 2 days sodium load and 2 gallons of water. 2 days of 2 gallons of distilled water and no sodium, and 3 chicken breasts a day without anything on them, torture. And then today nothing at all. Sauna or sweats and a light walk or whatever is needed. I was already down to 212 this morning. Wore a jacket all day at work till now, can't handle it anymore. This much torture for before weight probably isn't worth it, I feel a sense of accomplishment for being able to go through it so far without caving and still being very productive at work. and with 5 hours max a night of sleep.

Ok I humbly submit my entry photos. Didn't have to sauna or anything got under 210, time to eat some donuts and chicken pot pie and a milkshake, should get my fluids back up and some glycogen back in me before I go in starvation mode.

Alright ladies... Heres my entry. Didnt have a paper and honestly didnt feel like going out to get one this late when I can just use my computer and it serves the same purpose. Used my laptop on www.usatoday.com.

Todays weight = 211.8 So final weight will need to be 226.8 But the plan is to hit 235 just fyi. Guess I missed the memo that we were supposed to be cutting pre-comp, o well.

I just noticed something....Youre from Knoxville, about an hour north of me. We all know how the GA/TN competitions work out Im a Bama fan though, so were all good.
