I hear ya Knockout. I face this confidence on a regular basis with racing bikes. It's hard to face defeat against a woman lol

I would gladly lose to you on a bike as I would love to be handed my ass by Danica on 4 wheels... Im actually a giant pu$$y when it comes to bikes. A couple years back I put a deposit on an R6 and while I was waiting to take possession, 2 of my friends were run off their bikes by vehicles. 1 still has the pins in his leg... walked away after that. Still ride some of my friends bikes on track, but thats the end of my riding adventures.

Im king of the shit talk and Im going all out so Im forced into accountability... still not sure how it happenned, but after losing 30lbs 3 years ago and being under 10% for the first time in over a decade, I regained almost 40 over the last 30 months... sad sack of shit and Im looking forward to the taking the slack from those who remember what I use to look, when I post the starting pics next month

+1 I'm always in top shape because I fight every 3-4 months so there is no "downtime" for me. I'm use to cutting to make weight and then loading. That's why I take the whole month of December off to let my body recover for the year. I put on 5 lbs of muscle and I look like I just did 3-4 cycles when really all I did is change my diet and lift heavy for a month, lol. If anything I gain a little water weight and body fat but it appears it gets stored under my chin and nowhere else, lol. So.. I'm down for whatever in this contest and just gonna do what I can with my bum knee.

I have terrible issues with water... I've never known somwonw who can gain and loose water weight like me and I'm not saying that like its a good thing.. Ill have random days where I'm dry to the bone and then out of no where ill put on 10lbs of water. Ill see if I can find a log I have of my weight every couple days for a few months... Its literally outrageous. I lost 12lbs once in a day to make weight. I found that it comes from random food allergies and usually carbs are the problem.. Oats seem to blow me up with water bad... But grits work wonders... Even when dieting I eat about as much grits and potatoes as I can and never have an issue but throw in a up of oats a day and ill get more unattractive by the day.. Water weight in my face is the worst

Yea- torn ACL. They want to do a rebuild. I had a repair about 8 years ago and re-injured it during an MMA fight.

Surgery sucks man... I've had my fair share of injuries. I'm so envious of guys like cutler who are like 40 before they get there first injury... I know jay is gonna recover and come back and smash the Olympia.. When your are constantly sitting around rehabilitating weeks on end it not only gives the rest of your body a much needed rest but it lets your mind take a rest and you get that fire back...
