    Exactly... My arms are tatted there's no avoiding that one on my end. It is hard when you have a highly regulated job... My company checks everything... Including social networking sites they know I have accounts with. They check them too... I lack privacy in my life...smh

    That sucks! there has to be a line somewhere, I understand your employer has the right to know if your using drugs on the regular but I hardly see how drunk off your face you got on the weekend has anything to do with them.

    It all depends on your job and security clearance. If you are to much of an idiot on the weekends and put yourself out there to much you may be putting your company at risk because you open yourself up to things such as black mail, bribes or other things.

    In my job we are not allowed to have ever filed for bankruptcy, never been convicted of a crime and sometimes even charged, have a good credit score and not talk openly about certain aspects of the job even to family members, I have to report when I go out of country and when I had a Thai or Filipino girlfriend I had to notify my HR.

    Now if I was making minion wage I would say fvck that but I'm not.
