While Dans attitude in general is normaly one I disagree with...I am on board with his reasoning!

I am so fukn sick of ppl in those scooters simply because they are overweight! They get out nad walk 50ft if there was a nickel on the ground but have to run thqat fukn thing right down the middle of the grocery store isle or the center of the parking lot drive...like they are a damn pace car and no one can pass until the flag is flown!

Could Dan have handled the situation with more tact...no question. He simply vocalized what the rest of us feel and think!

Lol I'm in total agreement about the whole scooter deal. People park their cars in the parking lot 100 yards from the store entrance, manage to waddle their fat ass all the way to inside the store and then get on a scooter to fill the basket with coco puffs, little debbies, and coke.

But that's irrelevant, for a man to tell a woman (the manager) to go fvck herself he better have a damn good and justifiable reason or be prepared to have his ass handed to him and pay the consequences.

So I have given this some thought and the only way to fix this is...... congress should get involved. Anyone who is 300lbs or +35% bf is not allowed to have fast food. If they are cought with it they and whoever supplied it will get a minimum of 7 years in Federal Prison! This will help get all large people to diet and exercise. Also we will keep armed guards posted at all entrances to help uphold the law.

Disclaimer: Yes I realize there are some legit reasons that ppl need the scooters and medical reasons they are obese!

I'm refering to the biggest percentge of them that pull a Homer Simpson and realize the scooter is just easier than walking lol

There's a big difference between disabled & lazy, & unfortunately the majority of those on scooters are just plain lazy malingerers..................period. I have witnessed on several occasions, an obese person scooting around the grocery or Wal-Mart & then park the scooter at the door on their way out & walk the their vehicle. And then there's the one's that drive the scooter all the way out to their car & just leave to scooter sitting in the parking lot after they get in their car, & every one of these fat fvcks got up & walked unassisted. The woman Dan was dealing with was most likely truly disabled, & I assume this based on to distinguishing factors, (1) if she's on a scooter at Mc Donald's it has to her own because they don't have scooters for customers at the door like Wal-Mart, if she has her own scooter, it's very likely she really needs it. (2) The way she was struggling to raise herself to the drink dispenser. Now...............whether she brought this disability on herself or if it's genetic is anyone's guess

I had a good reason- IT'S NOT HER JOB TO PROVIDE ME HER OPINION of how I handled the original situation. Its not her place to come over and question "how you were raised". That is a personal opinion not to mention by questioning my upbringing- she essentially questioned my morals and how my parents raised me. She co-mingled her "feelings" on the situation with her job which is to make sure I get my food on time, the bathroom is clean, her employees are doing their jobs, and the McDonald's is running efficiently. If she wanted to yell at anyone- should've been her employees working the counter that were snickering watching lard ass attempt to stand up to get her 1,400g of sugar.

I was being nice; and patient.... until the fat pig snarled at me because she was aggrevated that she was so fat she couldn't even stand to get her own Diet Coke. Ok Dan, I read your story and I think you're a good American Patriot there.

She inconvenienced you and then tried to make a comment expecting you to help her all while thinking she's entitled to people bending over because she's legally disabled due to a self-inflicted condition. You merely exercised your right to free speech and vocalized your reason as to why you refuse to help her. And offered her a bit of advice she should've listened to if she wasn't such a lazy shit-bag.

Then the asshole of a manager tried to confront you for exercising your rights. You explained your side of the story and what did she do? She victimized you and then falsely accused you of being disorderly when you defended yourself verbally. It never occurred to her that she pays people to help these slobs that she allows in her business. Plus her soda fountain isn't exactly wheelchair accessible. Shouldn't the ADA enforcers get on her ass about that?

Finally, you're a victim of harassment from the police. All you did was exercise your rights and verbally defend yourself. And those cops decided to play the harassment game. If I were you I'd talk to The Godfather on here and think about suing the police department for harassment. And how did they determine your windows were too dark exactly?
