I don't even get an option to upload a pic. If I click on the picture symbol in this post, all I get is the option to insert a URL. If I try to edit my profile, stats, avi, or anything else in my settings I get this:

I click on "Insert Image" and the only thing it gives me is the box to insert a URL. No upload option at all.
