IMO at some point we have to just trust people and personally I am 100% with people on HRT/TRT being in the natural section. Hopefully there wont be any fudging and bumping the trt from 150mg up to 200mg week. That just would not be fair to the other natural contestants.

Lets all do our best and remember, this is for motivation and good old fun so no reason to cheat or you just cheat yourself and Karma can be a real b*tch.

Never give up and never surrender. As long as I finish the 12 weeks with no injuries or distractions/setbacks for the 1st time EVER I will consider it a Win/win no mater what place I come in officially.

Sitting in this hotel room a little annoyed for most the day I decided to work on my diet plan and tweak my routines for next week. Lots of motivational videos... It's been a while since I've applied myself to the level which is both very sad but extremely exciting

I hear you. Im working on my diet plan also. Cutting out the pizza, jumbo size bag of chips a week (going down to the mini bags) and cutting out most of the pastries and dairy.

I would cut the beer out also but since I dont drink I think I will leave that option open just in case I need to carb up.

Competitors can post pictures in their thread or blogs all along the way if they like as they will not help or hurt either way, as the judges will not see them...

Trophies to the top 3 in each category (a separate prize for the overall member’s choice)

Contest will start on March 18, 2013

All members that are to be in the contest must have their picture turned in by scheduled date March 18, 2013. NO EXCEPTIONS!

All members will be given a word and number (5 days prior on March 13, 2013) to have in their picture along with the date the picture is taken. (No doubt as to when it was taken this way) this will be for the beginning and ending pictures. Same number different word will be given for the ending picture, number will be what will identify them for the judges.

This contest will run for 3 months.

I need all members that plan to compete to post up in this thread as well as stating Natty or Not (female) and I will get their word prepared and ready to send out to them.

I have a list of members I was told planned to compete as well as a few that have pm’d stating they may want to so get posting up here…

You should see my kitchen.... I'm getting started early.... just boiled 5.2kg of ground beef and I have some delicious chicken breast soup I made.... I raided costco of its Egg whites and eggs and tonnes of green veggies.... It's game time.... 5am tomorrow i'll be in the gym for the first time in a month.... Don't know about you.... but I'm fired up... maybe a little side bet??? Let me know.

Terrible.... but if you if you throw it in a pan after and fry it in hot sauce or taco seasoning, its good. I just can't handle chicken anymore so I need something. If you're gonna try it, make sure after you boil it, you pour it into strainer and run the tap on hot water and mix it around in the strainer so all the fat gets out.

Pound for pound, muscle for muscle and lifting ability I am out classed, yes.... but I have so much room for improvement after letting myself go for 2.5 years..... I can win this!!
