With as many high teen and low 20 BF%, Mushy list of Competitors sounds better... that is until about week 4 when everyones test kicks in. Ive already won, in my mind compared to my before and after pics. I just need to get back to my after pic shape pre 2 eye and 1 shoulder surgery the last 2 years. Ill get there though.

Now I'm sort of in-between. Final goal is my AV with slightly larger arms.

Legs are better now. They were still recovering from a couple months of non activity and nerve damage from the 2nd back surgery.
