Last nite parked up took out me kettle bell and destroyed my delts then killed my biceps :-)

Well the sun is out for a change here in blighty :-)
Yesterday I absolutely hammered legs to the point of vomiting :-)
Today walking like a penguin with the shits!!!!!
Just got back from today's workout
Back and biceps
Can't shave or hold anything
Bring it on cant wait for tomorrow chest and tris then I get an additional workout Monday so maybe shoulders and arms ;-)
Weigh in tomorrow and my first cheat meal in a while :-) :-)

Weighed in yesterday at 201lb a loss of 7lb
Leaning out really well although still a way to go yet lol
Head down and 3 weeks so I'll c u guys at the finish :-)

Struggling to walk this morning after a pb of 18 plates on vertical leg press for 6 reps well 3 reps and 3 half reps assisted lol
Then carried on and smashed my triceps to smithereens :-)
It's all good in da hood

Sounds like you are doing great. I cant say I have been smashing it by any means but I have been more consistent the last 11 weeks than I have in the last 3 years. Mostly due to no injuries but the extra motivation and having to keep track as well as be accountable has added to it for sure.
Only a week+ left...

Went to the gym last nite managed a full body pump workout then weighed in at 201lbs got calipered aswell 10% sweet ;-)
