    Hurray the day of my first photos. I am very dehydrated and weighed in at only 191.25lbs this morning. A bit pissed that the weather/lighting won't be helpful to outdoor photos. Photos to be taken at about 10.30am, closely followed by a cup of tea. Then a bit of a shitload and gauge when to take the 2nd lot of photos, later today or tomorrow.

    I have 2 excellent sets of photos. One taken inside and one outside. Nothing against the rules I guess of mixing and matching

    I'm not gonna look any better than I did this morning so I won't be doing any more pics before Tuesday. Even a few hours later I don't look as good.

    I'm happy. Very happy.

    Admin has 3 judges I think. They have only seen the before and after pics is my understanding. Non of random pics through out. I don't even think they are members here. Totally unbiased. I think. Correct me if I am wrong.

    Details are in one of the stickies.

    Having done some calculations based loosely on my own estimates of my bodyfat and my start and end weights I have come up with this

    Start 181.25 lbs
    LBM - 154lbs
    Fat 27lbs

    End 195lbs
    LBM 175lbs
    Fat 19.5

    Now, they are loose estimates based on 15% start bf and 10% end. Even so I am in love with these figures, 21lb gain in LBM and 7lb loss in fat.
