    Just in case yo all thought I'd be relaxing on holiday my resort has a gym. Smith machine, ez bar, chin up bar and a few random machines and dumbells. So, I shall be working out 4 times as I normally would.

    Doesnt really take much if you have the motivation. You saw the pictures of the gym I use at work didnt you? Most Resorts have better equipment than I use. Mine = 1980s high school.

    You're right, my gym back home is fairly archaic they just have a lot of stuff. Reminds me a bit of yours.

    The kit at the resort is new and shiny but it's a hotel gym not a lifters gym. But yeah, you can make it work no matter what. There's 140kg (over 300lb) in plates to go with the smith machine and ez bar. Considering I wasn't expecting any lifting equipment I am more than pleased with what there is. No air con though

    No air? Yeah I can relate. If you remember mine has not air or heat. This winter the thermometer showed 37 deg's at times and besides wearing gloves I found a generator I used to warm my hands between sets. I'm sure it will be just the opposite and I will look forward to 90 deg days. lol

    Bent over smith machine rows
    Close reverse grip pull downs
    Hyper extensions

    My little girl had me up at 6.30 but I had loads of sleep so feeling good.

    I finished my prop cycle 12 days ago now but still managed to up my weights on some exercises today. All felt great except the cardio which was a little tough but it has to be done.

    Pleased to be back on my normal diet after a week of fatty, salty food.

    Ah, my little boy has just started sleeping in now. He goes down around 7pm, we have to get him up at 8am on weekdays, and weekends he'll sleep til 9ish!
