A good weekend, had a cheat meal instead of a cheat day and managed a cheeky extra workout on Saturday where I did a delt isolation workout.
Went to a local BB show today, not great quality but fuelled the fire a little more.
Got a feeling that I actually may have lost weight this week which will be bad news, tomorrow morning we will see. On the plus side, if I have, I get to eat moreNO SOURCES GIVEN

I weighed myself the last 3 days, I was concerned I was losing weight. Yesterday was a flat 192lbs (same as 7 days earlier) and Sunday and Today i was 0.75lbs LESS. Not good, this is a bulk after all. I will be by a pool in 3 weeks time and normally like to be lean but I'm gonna screw taht (to a point) and up my cals. Another 200cals all from carbs taking me to 3100-3200 cals per day at approx
350g carbs
300g protein
55 - 60g fat
thing is, i do feel leaner and thats good, but I wanted to be another 4lbs heavier by the time I go away.

A good delt workout today but an indifferent tricep one. Decided to drop my cardio back down to 25 mins but add intervals instead of steady pace, I'll still burn the same amount of cals and feel fitter

Back up o.25lbs today thankfully.
Great leg workout today
Pre exhaust with leg extensions and lying leg curls
2 sets of double rest pause leg press
Double drop set leg press
Romanian deadlifts
Split squats
All done in less than 45 minutes
25 minutes intervals cardio.

Missed my mid week weigh in today so ill do it tomorrow. I did, however, have a great back and bicep workout. Usual HIT style and only 12 sets for the full workout. I'm enjoying this style of training and am also liking having all my lifting done in less than 45 minutes. In and out, nice and efficient, much like my sex life.
Vascularity and strength are still increasing, looking forward to adding some cialis into the mix soon and hopefully setting a few PB's in the next couple of weeks.NO SOURCES GIVEN

Midweek weigh in and I have arrested the weight loss and turned it into a gain. Only up quarter of a lb in a week but after 2 days or more of losing weight I'm happy it's going up.
Chest calves and abs done. First set of incline presses was a double drop set with 7 reps on the first weight. I rested a full 2 minutes then could barely get the same weight up on the first rep, it took 20 seconds to do only 2 reps, I immediately went into a drop with a 20% reduction in weight and couldn't even get it up for 1!!! I rested 2 minutes then dropped my initial weight by nearly 10% and did my double drop as planned, no problems.
3 days off the gym now with the exception of maybe a delt isolation workout tomorrow.NO SOURCES GIVEN

I may be getting a little paranoid as I weighed in again this morning, DOWN 0.5lbs since yesterday. I am gonna say its because I got up for 2 huge racehorse pisses in the night so I must have been devoid of all water. Gonna try not to sweat it too much, I have my cheat meal tonight, there's a bag of 750calorie crisps(chips) to be consumed, then my normal evening meal and then a have 400g (1 lb) bar of whole nut that I am not gonna restrict myself on. I suspect my cheat meal will total approx 2500 cals. Ill be a little down on cals the rest of the day but its still gonna be a 5000cal day.
Just about to head out for a delt isolation, trap and lower back workout.NO SOURCES GIVEN

I was going to say, you know as well as anyone that weight fluctuations daily are so easy. It only takes a small variance in water intake to throw it off. As long as your trend is going on the right direction.
I fear you may be doing quite well in this competition buddy, even though you're bulking you said you feel like you've leaned out a little? And you're up ~10lbs? I best really start hitting this cardio otherwise you're going to destroy me!!
