No you are correct, we are in week 10, 9 completed.
Yeah I was not sure if anyone really reads the logs or not so I started making mine pretty simple with just what I hit that day.

That's pretty much why I joined and stated the fact at the beginning. It's for self improvement. I was doing that anyways but with the contest and log it gave me a little more incentive and acountable so I could not as easily just say, not tonight I'm tired or dont feel up to it. I had enough of those days but you know how it is, as soon as you get into the gym it's all good.

I'm sure anyone who is sticking to it is having results, some better than others due to training and diet of course.
My diet could be a little (alot) better but my training has been pretty much on track with what I can do with the shoulder situation and pushing it as far as I can without causing injury. It's held me back a LOT but it hasnt stopped me by any means.

Loved it. Weights/reps up despite 2 weeks now off cycle. Cardio was tough to get going again but I slogged through it, calorie burn as required.
I do have some var but am loathe to start it just for this comp, it's not really gonna kick in u til the end date so I may just save it for later in the summer.NO SOURCES GIVEN

So i negotiated going out with friends last night and took in no additional calories.
I have negotiated afternoon tea at my mums which, fair play mother, was an excellent spread. I stuck to roast beef, jacket potato and some veggies. No apple pie or cake
Tonight I am off off to my mates to watch football and boxing. I'm gonna play the driving card so no alcohol and I am likely to turn up after the BBQ is finished.
I have DOMS in my chest and maybe a little in my calves.

Ok, I couldn't wait, I started my var. 75mg ED on top of my TRT. Lets see what that does. I have some clen that I was gonna run the last 2 weeks but I'm not so sure it will sit so nicely combined with var. I'm hoping, still, I can come in at the end at 196lbs and closer to 10% than 15% but I am not cutting, I said I was bulking and ill continue with that. Just let the compounds do what they can on top Of my training and excess calories.
The last 24 hours or so, I've been hearing voices. Telling me that this is truly the last weekend I should consider a cheat meal before the competition ends. But I also hear voices telling me that going 3 weeks without one is easy. I agree with both!NO SOURCES GIVEN

Shoulders and triceps done. Cardio cals burned are being increased by 50 for each cardio session til the end of the comp. still don't 'like' doing shoulders but its much more bareable now I've settled into a routine and started getting some results.
I had lofty goals of finishing at 196lbs and 10%. That will not be my finishing point!NO SOURCES GIVEN

Ahhhhh, legs day. My favourite training day of the week. Or, at least, it used to be. Last weeks session was tough, I put that down to post holiday lethargy. Well, today, I nearly went home after my warm up it felt so heavy. I stuck it out . I didn't enjoy it but I gritted my teeth and upped either weight or reps on all but 2 of my 15 exercises.
Fvck you little man on my shoulder telling me I should quit!
Cardio felt easier though, thanks to The Dropkick Murphys.
Officially less than 3 weeks left now, definitely wish it was 5.NO SOURCES GIVEN

Midweek weigh in still at 197 but that was after a poop and its normally before. Think I am looking leaner since Monday, but that could be wishful thinking.
Still no idea where i will be finishing. Somewhere between 196-200lb, body fat will be up for guesstimates when I post my pics, maybe 12%. I'm looking for a solid 15lbs lean gain.
Having some car trouble so today's back and bicep workout may be the last of the week and I may have to wait til next week for my chest workoutNO SOURCES GIVEN

Well I have no car today so no lifting I should get it done tomorrow. In fact I will insist on my significant other it's imperative that I train as the end of the competition is nigh. Even though she doesn't think I look any different to the start:/
However, as I need a few essentials from the shop I will take a brisk walk to my least local, but still walkable, supermarket and class that as some extra cardio for the week. It's a sunny day at last in England so it should be niceNO SOURCES GIVEN

Just got my chest, abs and calves workout in. Lifted a PB in terms of weight on my first set though not for as many reps as I had hoped. After that it was a bit average. Combination of poor nights sleep, hay fever and headache I think are to blame. It wasn't a bad workout just not as good as they have been been. Cranked out 350cals worth of cardio in less than 25 minutes thanks to

My Mrs has started a diet this week so no pressure for any cheat meal before the comp ends.
I just took a couple of pics in the garden and decided that really isn't very favourable lighting. I will be spending the next 2 weeks trying to find somewhere that makes me look better than I am
I weighed 197.25 this morning, exactly 16lbs heavier than the start.NO SOURCES GIVEN
