Week 6 updated

Delts and tri's done. Now I'm doing delts twice a week and having some results, I'm enjoying training them more. My difficulty is training them alone, I much prefer dumbells but am limited as I train alone. That initial press from the bottom of the move means I use a lighter weight than I am capable. I hate shoulder press machines but am probably gonna try the smith machine next week, see how that goes.
Just need to put the last 3 days of excessive calories behind me. I'm damn hungry all the time though!NO SOURCES GIVEN

Ha ha, it's not that bad, I can get a 32kg (70lb) up no problem, it's the ones beyond that that I struggle with.
Oh, an ladies? In my gym? There is only one class too, that takes ace in the boxing ring in the middle of my gym on a Saturday morning. I have forsaken bright lights, shiny machines and Lycra clad ladies in favour of my own physique progress. Of course, I miss the ladies most when on cycle.NO SOURCES GIVEN

My little girls 3rd birthday today. My arms and Imcelebrated by sending her to pre school and us going to see Iron Man 3 and then some lunch and shopping.i did hit the gym this morning too, first day since this comp started that I have missed cardio. I suspect I will get the missed session in before the end of the week but I'm not gonna chase it.
I bought 2 tight low v neck t-shirts today, something I haven't dare wear for a few years now, mostly due to the fact that my gyno has been removed recently, and partly because I think I can pull them off now.NO SOURCES GIVEN

Chest, calves and flabs done. Hit a milestone with my incline dumbell presses today, I am a happy man
Yesterday I had a twinge in my right elbow when lifting. Today that felt a little worse and I got one in my left elbow tooWhilst I don't WANT to take any time off to rest I am kind of pleased that the week after next ill have no lifting facilities on holiday. I think the week off will serve me well.

I may have to give my Saturday bonus workout a miss today. I ache. My core especially, all the way around, guess my increase in ROM in my hanging leg raises worked
chest also sore after hitting a goal weight yesterday. I have some dumbells in the garage so I may just do my delt isolation workout at home and just not train traps or lower back this week. Maybe see how I feel later.
I am seeing regular improvement is vascularity in my arms and lower abs. Wish I had a little bit in my legs but that may come in time.
