    I was referring to a thread that another female member asked for help in q&a and the banned member,some disrespectful kid, made an inappropriate and insensitive comment and then didn't apologize

    I dunno about this other banning but sure seems like it has been a bad week for biz. At least 3 in the last 3 days that I am aware...and I don't consider myself in the know.

    When a member becomes more of a hinderince than an asset they no longer fit in and are subsequently removed from the board....Thats not to say that the member is a piece of shit and has no knowledge, just that they are no longer a positive for this board....You guy's that are such good friends with them should know where to go find them, they weren't banned from the internet, just here....

    Without starting a even bigger issue, there has been members banned now that we're great assets. Very positive for this board.

    I have been non stop busy. Crazy things with life. I had to back off training for a bit. Hurt my back. Moving. Work is nuts right now.

    You spend all this time on the internet helping people. I have to think for a lot of people its all about the color of your username but maybe I am wrong. Anyway, you are always on the board and peoples behaviors start to annoy you so you start attacking them or their quest to become a mod or a different color.

    Walk away from the computer. A forum is not meant to aggravate you. When it gets to that point its not the others its you......
