Jobs - Ashton Kutcher. Pretty good biography of Steve Jobs. Kutcher play the role great and pretty educational.
The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones - Lily Collins, Jamie Campbell Bower, Robert Sheehan. Takes after the "The Lord of the Rings" Lots of CGI but if you like fantasy flicks then this one you can add to the collection.
Paranoia - Liam Hemsworth, Gary Oldman, Harrison Ford. Corporate espionage at it's best. Great twists throughout and fun to watch. Great after watching JOBS they kinda went hand in hand.
Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters - A sequel to The Lightning Thief. Logan Lerman, Alexandra Daddario, Brandon T. Jackson. Once again a fantasy movie for the kids although I think PG rating is a little lax for kids under 10. A bit boring for my taste.
The Frozen Ground - Vanessa Hudgens, Nicolas Cage, Dean Norris, John Cusack. An Alaska State Trooper partners with a young woman who escaped the clutches of serial killer Robert Hansen to bring the murderer to justice. Based on actual events. Pretty intense psychological ride, not bad considering it was shot in Alaska.
The Forger - Lauren Bacall, Josh Hutcherson, Alfred Molina, Hayden Panettiere. A teenager wanders into Carmel, California, where he is soon introduced to the art-forgery community. Slow and hardly intriguing, honestly I only watched it because Hayden is hot. lol
The Liquidator - "Likvidator" (original title)Aitzhanov Berik, Vinnie Jones, Aziz Beyshenaliev. A highly skilled bodyguard avenging his brother's untimely death uncovers a ring of corruption extending to the highest levels of society and government. Shot in Kazakhstan and available in English. GREAT action packed film. If you love gov't conspiracy and martial arts then this is a must see.

Grown Ups 2 - OMG, what the hell are these guys doing. I have never seen a movie so celebrity packed and so bad. I don't even know where to start on reviewing this pile of dog crap. A 12 year old boy may laugh occasionally because of the bethroom humor but that is as far as it goes. Not even half as good as the first one.
Despicable Me 2 - Another very good family show. Great lol moments and a fun storyline. Something great to watch with the kids without having to worry about to adult of humor to sneak through and uncomfortably explain it to your kids.
Watching Monsters University this evening with kids and neighbor kids, hope it's as funny as the first one. It's a sad day when kids movies are more entertaining than adult movies to a 40 year old man.

Just watched Prisoners. Pretty good. I read somewhere that the actors/crew needed therapy after making this film. I don't see why. It's not anymore horrific than other films.

The Ten Steps. It is a 10-minute short film (that won several awards) that you can even watch on YouTube. It is pretty freaky. If you turn off your lights in your room/house, it is even better. It was made in 2004, but my mom recently told me about it. I watched it a few hours ago, and it is quite good. Just shows that you don't need a 100 million dollar budget to make a quality movie.
