Ever look around and notice how fat
every one is nowadays.......
I work from home so usually by thursday I get anxious to do something out side of my normal routine. We usually go to the movies but a Buffalo Wild Wings opened up about a mile from my house. I like wings a lot and never been so I figured lets try it out. I have been doing so much cardio I could get away with it.
In NYC they put all the calories on the menus and there was not one dish that was under 1110 calories. How crazy is that. We are sitting down and I am just looking around the room and I saw about 10 people that were pushing 300lbs. Then the rest of the crowd was your typical 30-40 pounds over weight.
Wings werent that good. I would think like an apple bees quality. I went boneless but it was more breading then meat. I felt like shit after eating but hey you gotta live every once in awhile.

Bww is not that great of food imo. They do however show all the ufc fights and additional sporting events.
Lol when you said you felt like crap for eating that way. I get mad at myself to for certain meals

Yep everyday, I work on the road so see people that are basically fat everywere. But it's easy to see how they are when you look at what they order from the deli counter in the morning and for lunch.
Sausages with brown sauce hash brown, bacon and fried egg in what for it the healthy option bread roll as they see it a brown roll with seeds on the top lol. Easy 1500 cals there alone
Lunch is a similar roll maybe white etc but with fried chicken mayo, lettuce and a bottle of coke with a choclate bar or packet of crisps.
Is it any wonder people are obese when they are shovelling that shit into them on a daily basis. It does annoy me as we all pay for in the end with crowded hospitals and people on diabetes etc

Nothing worse than having a craving and satisfyong it and then feeling actually worse than when you started. Happend to me last week got kung po in the local take away it was disgusting never again. Buddy owns a chinese and it was like comparing mc donalds to fine dining that local chinese was that bad
I was annoyed with myself for wasting the money and feeling like crap I should have got my own chicken in a 24hr supermarket and cooked that imstead

HAHAHA, I am so guilty of the pizza and diet coke when I have a pizza cheat.
I have this for breakfast a lot. I take a medium red potatoe (boil them first) dice it up with some onions and peppers and skillet til its brown with no cal spray along with some trade joes chicken sausage and egg whites. Chicken sausage has a little bit a fat in it but its not like regular pork sausage. I eat this and it tricks my mind into thinking I am eating fried hash browns and pork sausage....
I eat a bagel once a week. I scoop it out make always whole wheat and load it up with chicken salad (barley any smart balance mayo and ton of veggies)Last edited by Rwy; 07-26-2013 at 10:08 AM.

In regards to fat ppl every where its very sad. But its not changing anytime soon. Went to inlaws with extended family over and I asked what we are having so I know to bring my own. They were serving chicken so I was happy. There is a ton of chicken all dark meat (wanted breasts) anrd salad raw veggies. So I ate up and I noticed the veggies barely touched but the potato salad gone doritos super bag gone some other pasta dish gone. I was like wow. Anyways we are all stuffed and 45 mins later they ask who wants chocolate carmel cake with vanilla ice cream. I was like we just ate. So 25 ppl and I am the only one not eating the dessert.

I typically cheat twice a week with two meals but nothing extreme. Every tues fam goes out for Mexican and I always order a chicken or carne asada burrito with extra meat.
The other is take wife out where ever

Ahh thats not bad for breakfast. Last weekend I was at a party for a buddy over night, I wasn't drinking but up late in the morning there was a fry up I ate it not to be rude but one or two real sausages in 6 weeks or so isn't going to kill ya but ye are lucky in the states to have such a wide variety of food its crap over here very limited so makes it tough.
My healthy cheat meal when I feel like it is to make my own turkey burgers with onions and sweet potatoe, sweet corn and homemade coleslaw its truly epic to eat esp tye burgers really tastey when you fry them off in rapeseed oil.
I do the same with rolls when I have them which is rare rip out the center of the bread and just have the crusty outter bits

When the wife and I went to France, we immediately noticed that there were no fat people. Maybe a few "thick" (verrryyy few) but no obese at all. Crazy

The heat and the fact they all do cardio in the south of france in the gyms froend only back from there and said the same thing. Its just mediteranian diet, same for the Italians etc

Don't get me started on all of the morbidly's you can come into contact with from day to day. I pretty much don't even acknowledge their existence. I try to not even respond to them if they ask me a question or choose a different line if the checker is morbid. I guess "I" have a problem. Why be respectful to someone that does not even respect themselves?

I was at the dmv and the lady helping me was extremely obese and she printed out a paper for me then accidentally drooped it and I thought to myself I dont think she can get it off the floor. She pulls out one of those claw arms and scoops it up. Lol

Tigershark made us go there... I was NOT a fan.
and I can honestly say it does piss me off that tiger shark And my 18 year old son can sit there in literally eat a thousand calories in one meal.. For every meal.. And then snack all damn day and still have the lean runner body physique. Yet if I'm not seriously paying attention what I eat and counting calories a gain like two pounds in a day. We'll literally go out to this place and I will get nothing that's breaded or fried or out to eat like a quarter of what they eat and still the next morning I'll have gained 2 pounds in these 2 guys gain 0. it's infuriating seeing tiger shark have to eat massive qualities of calories everyday and take bodybuilding supplements and powders and just load up on the food just about couple little yet I'm the complete opposite and here we are in the same house lol one of us trying not to eat the other one trying to eat until there in a food coma :-)

Pack on some lean mass so you can eat more
I have been doing cf type exercises a few times a week and it really kicks my butt way better then tredmil or elliptical.
I do feel for you cause I am trying to get sub 10% and eating strict and after dinner the wife and I sit down to watch one of our shows together and she sits next to me with a homemade oreo cookie milk shake. Extra creamy vanilla with double stuffed crushed into it. I mean seriously! !!!!!

As if that feeling isn't bad enough..... It carries over to the next day with diarrhea lol

that is how I continue to eat well. I wait a few weeks then go to a place like taco bell (something similar) and I spend the next hours and night on the crapper. So I scratch that place off my list

I know the majority of women here on this board are different, but it especially amazes me that girls I knew from as little as 5 years ago that were super hot, look like beached whales now.
Maybe its just a UK thing, but women here just let themselves go completely at some point. Part of the reason why I tend to go for foreign women.

Its not just the UK. Same in the states for sure. If you want to kill your mind, go to your 20 year reunion at school. All those hot chicks you have thought about for 20 years now look like those fat women off the movie Wall-E that were stuck in the space ship and didn't walk. Very disgusting, but it is also a good motivation tool.

YYep. All the time. It's disgusting. I watch fat slobs cram junk into their fat faces daily. If you say anything to them about being fat (usually prompted by them saying something first about how lean I am, though they use the word skinny, even though my limbs are bigger than theirs and not fat), they say some shit like 'oh yeah, diet and exercise my ass, you just have good genetics' while they shove another processed, sugar filled piece of crap from mcdonalds in their fat face with their fat little fingers.
Yeah. It's disgusting. Sadly, most people DO need the government to dictate their diets because they lack the will to do it themselves.
