If the duche in the video is on AAS then he is the typical person who abuses them and not use them because he has little natural base and looks terrible.
Plenty of cons if things are not done right and most people need never use them to achieve their goals. I was one who THOUGHT I wanted to get into body building.
I started working out at 14 and had decent size for my age after a few years. I had the chance to start using aas around 17/18. My classmate who had pretty much identical stats as me started using aas and wanted me to also went on to win Mr. Teen 2 years late. The story didnt end well though but not necesarily due to aas use.
Life has a funny way of changing your plans and priorities. I almost started 2 other times, one in my early 20s and early 30s. I'm thankful I didn't start then and I know what I know now but I also still have a lot to learn.

Yeah the guy works out but isn't trying to be a bodybuilder and is just hilarious. He has some really funny quotes in almost all his videos. I've been subscribed since his 2nd video post. Ask the professor is pretty funny too. He also makes fun of how no one should ever work out legs.
Its hard to tell but he is just making fun of by being sarcastic on some peoples actual opinions or actions.

Hey mate. Why would it be humour? I like to look at things positive. And the truth is i cant see any negatives to using anabolic steroids . Every side effect i have come across had a way of fixing it thus makig it a positive. I had gyno so i got surgery. I had ed so i use cialis. My skin got oily so i used treatments. I had trouble sleeping so i tool valium/melatonin/prami my joints started hurting so i use deca . Now im looking into trt because my test is on the low side. Its all a journey TR!!!!!!!!!!!!!

^Wow^
Let's see how you feel if you get jaundice or you start having serious heart issues.
Everything is fixable, of course.
Wtf

Oooooooooookay........
........I'll break it down for you.
Cons of using steroids :
Higher Blood Pressure - There is a correlation which is inversely proportionate between blood pressure and longevity. Statistically, the higher the blood pressure, the shorter the life span. True, drugs can help lower BP, but this is not a cure all. A life time of elevated blood pressure can create a whole host of other issues as it relates to coronary disease.
Sexual Dysfunction - Those taking AAS are at increased risk of long term sexual dysfunction/impairment. And for those that say sexual impairment is a normal part of the aging process, this may be true. But AAS accelerates this process by creating side effects earlier in one's life than one would ordinarily expect. True, TRT alleviates some of this, but it is HIGH maintenance, and is no guarantee that normalcy will be returned. There are those on TRT with all blood panels in the "normal" range that still have ED, amongst other issues. And sometimes a PDE5i helps but does not restore the full vitality of performance. For those, surgical implants (aka "the pump") is available, but that opens the can of worms that only surgery can bring with it (risk of staff infection, risk of product failure, etc.)
These are the first two that come to mind, Euro.
So let's be perfectly clear mate. The body is not a simple mechanical thing. On an engine, if the carburetor is fowled, it can be either repaired, cleaned, or replaced. Mechanical parts are interchangeable and no risk of "rejection" (as in organ transplant).
Taking exogenous hormones also impacts brain functionality, something we know very little about.
The body is a beautiful thing, and has evolved over millions of years to become what it is today. Ideally, one should let the human body run it's course, and be treated with respect.
To say that for every side effect of taking drugs there is an appropriate and satisfactory counter measure by taking more drugs is naïve and reckless.
Now back to PCT.
We preach PCT all the time here. But the reality is, it is a poor substitute for not screwing around with AAS in the first place. Some of us have thought long and hard about what we do. We have carefully measured the benefits against the risks, and have made reasonably intelligent and safe decisions.
To say there is no down side to taking steroids tells me very little if any critical thinking has went on before making such a statement.
You have been here for awhile. I have been patient with you. Probably more patient than any other staff member here.
I am going to very politely ask you to refrain from making such reckless and thoughtless statements from now on.
Please consider all that I have told you.

I'm sorry guys,
It seems like a lot of you thought this guy was serious.
I assumed that it was quite obviously satire.

That's exactly what I meant; I thought you guys would get a kick out of it. I've gotta be honest, there seems to be an increasingly adversarial attitude on the boards these days, it's starting to dissuade me from logging in. I doubt that really matters to most of you, but my point is that it's starting to ruin a good thing. I really hope it's just a faze.

watch this...
Pretty good video on doses and AAs use
we should almost make this a required viewing for newly registered members.

it's cyclical, and will typically become more prevalent this time of year when we get all the newbs that want to take steroids so they can be ripped in 90 days.
It gets a little old. We offer advice, comments, criticism. The newbs, really not knowing much about anything, challenge us in a disrespectful manner, and it becomes a perpetual cycle of stubbornness/defiance/ignorance, and yes, some seasoned members don't always have the best bedside manner.
again, watch this...

I try to look at things in a REALISTIC way.
Look up the word "Pragmatic"
I don't want to spin anything either in a positive or a negative way.
Looking at things in a positive way, as you suggest, requires a certain amount of hope and faith. Not an ideal way of looking at things when it comes to your health.

You got me on the cynicism, I do believe I just fell victim to it myself.
Everything he said on that video is pretty much how I feel going anywhere but the lounge. Forget making it mandatory to watch, we need to print out the transcript, glue it to a brick, and beat some of these kids with it until it gets into their little male-body-dysmorphic minds!!!!
I haven't done a cycle in 3 years, and being on the tail end of recovery for my lower back injury it's most likely going to be some time before I do another, but if I do I know that I've always been blown away by what 500mg test-e a week can do, why complicate it? The KISS method always seems best.
Of course, since my injury I've dropped from 200lbs @14%BF to a current 174lbs @Idon'twanttoknow% BF, I know better than to jump on a cycle. We need more people to understand that kind of stuff.
