Morning Brother. Things have been a little busy in my world lately.
Monday was chest/back and Tuesday was leg day. Rested yesterday, not because I wanted to but other things came up, so I’ll pick back up today with arms/shoulders and give more details on it after it’s over. Hope everyone has a great day!!

3 sets hammer strength presses
3 sets shrugs w/ shrug bar
3 sets narrow grip bench press
3 sets reverse grip cable extensions super set w/ French presses
3 sets standings db curls super set w/ machine curls
Heading to grocery store. Making beef tips and rice tonight.

Hit arms last night and did 40 minutes cardio. Only get to train 2-3 more days and then work is gonna get crazy for the holiday !! Here is the other good news. The shoulder keeps getting better each day. I'm happy

Glad to hear the shoulder is cooperating brother! I can sympathize with the work schedule issue. I seem to be saddling myself with more and more responsibility.
Yesterday was chest/back day. Had a great w/o too. Today was legs.
