Trained legs hard and did a light chest workout. Shoulder getting much much better but still just maintaining the chest. Not taking any risks i have gotten good at working around it

Lower back was sore so wasn’t able to squat quite like I wanted. My SI joint has been giving me issues but the chiropractor is working on it. Hamstrings and calves tomorrow.
