Suggestion:
Try Cranberry diarrhea squats and hershey squirt leg presses instead.

or: Train for maximum damage. Every set last rep involves failure, then dropset to a fail. Start at 8 reps of whatever weight you can get for 7 reps...and do 8. Then a set of 6 with whatever you can do 5 of, repeat this for a set of 4, and a set of 2. Then drop back to the weight you did for 8 and get 6 at all costs.

Rest for about 2 minutes between sets except the last set of 6 . Last set should immediately follow the set of 2.

Talking about a total commitment to fight with every fiber of your being for these reps. Snot and spit flying, blood flushed eyes, the little capillaries in your face bursting just under the surface. Needing every second of that 2 min rest period.
I love asking my body to endure this shit, and even more so how it responds. It's like the only way to scratch an itch that nobody could ever reach.
