It’s helping with sleep. I defiantly hit the bed hard. My problem has been waking up frequently at night. Which is why I’m going back to Keto and making it a lifestyle now. I’ve never had a period of sleep like that in my life. I was actually normal in that regards for once.
It defiantly does cause Lucid dreams. I’m tolerating 12.5mg so I am going up to 25 mg split into upon rising and just before bed. I read about 30 peer reviewed articles last night and 25mg seems to be a very good dosage with relatively low side effects.“If you can't explain it to a second grader, you probably don't understand it yourself.” Albert Einstein

Interesting that keto helps you sleep better. I have been looking more into the Wild diet by Abel James, which is pretty much keto.
I’ve been reading a lot of reviews and articles as well, just waiting on my bonus from work and I’ll probably get at least 6-12 months worth to see what happens

I think this time I’m going to follow more of the “carnivore,” diet style for super low carb as I’m going to eat fruits and lots of protein. I don’t care so much about being in ketosis as I do getting sleep. I know to much protein and fruit can kick you out of ketosis. I’m Not to worried about that. Protein is very expensive metabolically to convert to sugars.
