Maybe not so good, bad resolution.
I still got too much intracellular water to look good,
but I have dropped some body fat during the weekend.
Abs are back to were they were.
Things are going good.
Chest day today. Volume program.

Everyone have abs, it's just concealed under fat.
I get you want them, and you will, but if you just go for a slow steady weight loss while building some muscle at the same time,
you'll be more and more satisfied.
Ofcourse you can just cut and get them quicker,
but I'd really advice to increase muscle tissue at the same time,
as the amount of muscle tissue determines how easy it's to burn fat, said simply.
And getting muscular with concealed abs, but everything looks fairly tight is a better look than just focusing on abs IMO.
But that's for each to find out.
Some will need to just drop the fat first, others can build more muscle and then you got varying degrees between everyone.
Different strokes and a lot of ways to the same end goal.

hey quick question...how do I pull an image from a video on my iphone6? I tried making a video like you suggested and found some decent shots but there is no option to take a single frame...what am I doing wrong?...am I suppose to take a picture of the shot somehow?....yes I'm an idiot about such things I hate taking pictures of anything let alone my self...

Yeah i was very stubborn with wanting to cut but i listened to some good advice... bigger is better. Despite not having them at this point in time... was starting to get "hey skinny" off my co workers.. wasnt a fan. Im still working abs even under the fat.
One day doc.... one day!

You take the video.
Then when you watch the video you pause it.
You can then browse it frame by frame by sliding the bottom of the screen (where the video pictures come up in a row)
When you find the pic you like, just touch the screen to the pic becomes visible without the track history at bottom, etc. and just do a screen shot by holding the the two buttons "on/off" and "home" at the same time.

you guys are great thanks for the tips I want to be able to take a better picture because I am pretty vascular but you cant see it through a 2mp camera...I need to take a few shots at the gym but I have to do it when my partner isn't around I don't need his bullshit he will crucify me for taking a gym selfie...I would love to take a shot pumped up at the gym...

you don't get it man my training partner is a great guy but also a big asshole when it comes to me checking myself out in the mirrors and shit...we have a professional type relationship where we train and mountain bike together but that's it no dinners with the wives of beer with the bros just work....ill go in on a Wednesday and do it...

Arms today man! I am really pumped for today. Will try and get a pumped shot but im like ghetto cant let people see me takong selfies!
Was legs yesterday but i had a pretty foggy head. I wouldnt say i wasted my time but it wasnt hit by a long shot.
Im thinking smith machine close grip bench
Overhead tricep extention dumbell
V grip pushdown
Straight bar curl
Hammer curl
Preacher curl

Try starting w/preachers for bis! It's made a huge difference in the shape and strength of all other lifts and use your other arm to give yourself forced reps into negatives!
Add in lying skull crushers and or seated EZ bar French press(but your doing it with a DB) which is perfectly fine)
Shorten yiur rest periods and up your intensity where your dropping to a knee after each set then back at it! Just some thoughts - tear those MFing fibers my man
Edit - go wider grip on Oly bar curls too!
