    Sorry I've been out guys - had to recertify for NASM and do some other 'things' this wk but I'm back!

    Just food for thought... what's your abs looking like? You've got plenty of time to get some bf off in that area(if yiur holding water there)... hanging leg raises hits the whole transverse abdominus and then angle knees to sides
    -also use say 4-5 ex's all s/s'd back to back without a break your reps will start out high then by the 3rd and 4th set they'll be done... use split legged leg raises or use the ball between your legs with your arms out to side - if you don't have an ab wheel use the ball by placing your hands together in a fisted manner and roll out as far as possible using only your abs(lower & top) to bring you back towards the ball(positioning is everything with this when using a Swiss ball)
    Then obliques... holds med ball and bicycle your legs with the opposite part of your body twisting back and forth andusing a full ROM!

    This should help and I'd do this b4 yiur w/o to loosen up your lower back as well...

    Yessir! I'll admit on a short Ester cycle I start getting tired and not recovering like I usually do around 6wks in... so I'd need to pullback with higher reps then go back into HIT'ing

    Errrrr not good. I do abs every couple of workouts. Weighted ab machine, weighted crunches and hanging leg raises when i feel up to it lol.
    Do you reckon bring in calories to maintance for the remainder? I really wasnt planning on cutting before the end of 12 weeks but maybe perhaps control the calories a little.

    How often do yoy recommend doing the above mentioned workout? At the end of a session every couple of days?

    Would be nice to tighten up as i have definetly put a few inches on my waist but im still growing so i am hesitent to take my foot off the gas

    Try upping intensity and shortening rest periods now it'll break any plateau-

    I'd recommend doing the above w/o b4 your regular w/o then drink a shk(P & C complex - like Cyto carb) not dextrose

    I take a little longer rest peroids than you guys do. I will cut that down. Also make sure im getting the cardio in. Done none this week due to time constraints at tge gym.
