Did my morning cardio- 45 min LISS- and evening workout- quads, with calves and glutes- good day.
I'm off ECA stack. Forgot to mention that a few days ago. It was interfering with my sleep, so dropped it.
Been on Anavar 4.5 weeks now and starting to feel increased strength. Nice pump, too
How are you guys doing?

Did some arms last night, was a fun session. First time i've done an arms only in for ever... On legs this evening depending on how i feel after work...

Shoulder are a wee bit sore today. Felt them grinding when i did them the other day.
I was pretty dehydrated over the weekend since i was in the car for many hours and ay an expo i didnt want to be pissing constantly. I get really quite painful joints when i dont drink enough, usually my wrists but shoulder are in pain still today so no chest today.

98ish kg today.
Fat isnt visually dissapearing as much as id like but im retaining strength well. Still hitting decent numbers.

Struggling with energy at the gym, definitely gonna have to pick up the carbs in the morning. Leg day number two went ok, other then no energy. Backs feeling weak, but seems to be holding up

Kinda angry this afternoon, taking it on traps, side delts and biceps.
I always have an hard time controlling myself.

I didn't.
Felt knackered after shrugs already, 5 good sets alternating narrow and shoulder width grip, forearms were pumped to pain.
Then went to sip some whey, and felt refueled, attacked side delts with side raises sset with upright rows, three good sets to volitional failure, 12-10-8, squeezed and hold on top of upright rows, love the feeling of side delts screaming.
Biceps were blah, not really responding, spent with the above already.

I just did every stuff to my delts!
I did a buncha machines... Dunno what they were but I kilt em all.

Seems like delts are the only thing I can do and not touch any other muscle group. Leaving top heavy.

Legs wont be posted till fall.
Tbh I am not happy with them.
Gonna switch calve to first thing every day.
Did calves before I hit delts. Finally got a leg press so my back issue days will no longer be getting in the way. In fact legs are the sole reason I joined the gym.
