    Showing some improvement I think.
So anyone from the north der ahhh know what Friday night is! Yes we are going out for a fish fry and a couple drinks. I will have baked haddock and cottage cheese for a drink I will limit myself to just 2 Vodka and water with a twist of lemon. Anyone that knows me, knows that for me not to slam 5 Jamison's and diet coke, is a demonstration of will power!

    So…

    600 Deca
    600 Test
    400 Mast

    40mg Dbol daily

    Plus ancillaries…

I am leaner this morning, quick dressing gown selfie…. Another 5-6 days of 2900-3000 calories and I should be full abs and core will be nice and tight, my upper body is always lean... And then its time to pack on some solid lean muscle.... Be careful boys and girls, shits going to get real!

Also I have decided to stop weighing myself for a while and go purely by the mirror, this is how I used to measure my progress only recently I started weighing myself and in all honesty I am not a fan. We all want to obtain the look that we desire, not always about the weight, the mirror doesn’t lie… the scales sometimes do… (Water, sodium, sugar, hormones etc...)

Think 150mg of each will do much of a difference? I only thought it might have been overkill with the tren but yeah dropping the tren was a healthy choice... Looking great though!

Haha you know what, sounds funny as hell but a while back I liked my short shorts so much for squats I couldn't squat without them, felt like the regular shorts got in the way and inhibited movement... These kind of materials are superior regardless of the sissy factor

Thanks PBDC.. Back still sucks. It's better than it looks I just can't seem to get lats to show try size? Oh well keep practicing. I was told by a couple experienced woman to practice posing with a video camera. Will have to give it a try. The women that own one of the gyms i go to both compete, are over 50, and look awesome. I am sure I can use the yoga studio with mirrors to practice.

Yes, the only problem is you cannot strip down to your boxers to see your legs.

Working on them, but have lived a good life. Left hamstring is torn and never re-attached. Left hip is titanium, so legs are a bit harder to build. Will post up date on legs next week. Not as good as Eduke, but close to proportionate.

Yeah well I think over kill/making a difference is the same.. at this point the amount of gear is over kill as I can’t utilise all the chemicals at this stage.

1.5-1.7g of gear seems to be my sweet spot at the moment.

It’s all just a big experiment at this point.

Its all an experiment for us all brother. All the cookie cutter shit will eventually leave you sub par or standing holding a broke dick.

Love the darkside. I would have it no other way. We each have to learn our bodies to achieve greatness.

    Smashed legs.

Legs are getting tighter bit more vascularity (relaxed)

Another 5-7 days and I’ll up my calories by 100-200.

Feeling the gear and very excited to see where I stand by the end of this now... motivation and dedication is at an all time high, everything is being weighed and macros are being hit gram for gram.

Even though the prednisone had me pulled down a little, had best week at the gym in a while. Really liked hitting legs twice. Haven't got cardio going yet, but getting there

Had a great shoulder workout followed by 40 minutes of cardio. Ran into a friend at the gym and he helped me force a few reps. Found out he is now on days vise second shift so we plan to try and workout together in the afternoon. This should allow me to push just a bit harder and force my reps to failure.
So here is one of the gyms I belong to. It is huge, to the left there are a ton of free weights various benches, and all the way to the back on the right are rows and rows of cardio equipment, 5 squat racks back left etc etc .....Attachment 172893

I judge a gym by the qty of squat racks.

Guess it depends on the lift. Saw a good bargain on adidas powerlifter shoes today, might give it a though, but perhaps a pair of running or indoor sport shoes will do, my feet hurt from most flat bottomed shoes like sneakers.

I agree 100% swimming is a bitch! I did a few laps last week after sitting in the hot tub and it sucked just as much as I remember. You would think a guy that spent 21 years in the Navy would be atleast a half ass swimmer... nope!

Which Adidas shoes? I've got the old Adidas adistar 08 have had them for 10 years, good shoes but make sure you know for what they're made for. Can't even warm up on the treadmill with them but they're #1 for squats.

    What do you think?

It's going to be either that or a standard pair of trainers.
