Nothin. Too much of a puss. Kinda worried I will like it TOO much. But after reading multiple studies (especially the one that says someone who uses and doesnt even lift builds more muscle than a natty), it is certainly tempting.

Today (Tues) was a crap day, guys. Slept poorly last night. Didn't get my cardio. Went off diet. I did get a good back wo. Now I'm up late, not sleeping again. I tell you, it all comes down to sleep for me. If I'm tired it's not gonna be a good day.

Its pullback for me the now. My wrist has pretty much incapacitated me, dropping things when i pick them up. Ive took 4 days off the gym already to let it heal and im still in pain. Going to go light for the next week and a bit.

Any suggestions as to a fix? Heat? Cold? Both?

Always had the problem with weak wrists. Actually had to give up boxing because of the pain it was causing my wrists. So if im ever in a fight a slap will be my weapon of choice

I was back in the gym after work yesterday hit chest and cardio. Was kinda weak for some reason? Possibly staying up to late and getting up early to take the kids fishing while we were camping. Struggled to get 5 out of 275 on bench, normally that would be 7-8 easily. Slept well in my own bed last night and feel good today. Shoulders and cardio after work tonight.

    Nice Ragin!

I'm on a pull session tonight...

    I'm thinking;

    Cardio: 150 Calories

Wide Grip Pull Ups 4x 8-10 (weighted if i'm feeling good)
Single Arm Rows 3x8-10 1x Rested Pause Set
Hamstring Curls 3x10-12 1x Rested Pause Set
Straight Bar Curls 3x10-12 1x Drop Set
    Calve Raises 3x12-15

I go to failure on my last set of ever exercise.

Was it just the thing round your wrist or is it something that goes over your hand?

Did you just wear it when training?

I saw a dr years ago and he said it was probably tendonitis and not to stress it. Obviously didnt say i trained or the answer would have been stop training lol.
Wonder what theyd say now. Hate going to the drs man. Hope i can get by with something like you suggested

    Thanks mate

Straps are to prevent grip fatigue. Wraps are meant as wrist support.

Don’t pick on Clarky, he just won the whitest butt contest. It was a “tight” contest.

Discovered something awry today. Went to test my newly purchased wrist straps over a back session. What it turned out is I never had an actual back session, have only been messing with my forearms all along lol.

Great shoulder workout after work and 30 minutes cardio. Felt much better and stronger today. Warm up, then 245 on the bar 6 sets of military press drop sets to 135 all to failure, 4 sets of face pulls, 4 sets front rows, 4 sets rear delts on machine, then I did my burnout. I do 4 sets of what I call burnouts. One set is: seated with 20 pound dumbbells, 10-12 reps lateral raises ... no rest ... 10-12 reps front raises ... no rest ... bend over chest to legs and do 10-12 reps rear delt flys ... no rest ... stand up and do 10 -12 reps of a raise that starts at your waist and goes over and behind your head ... no rest ... 25 pushups ... no rest 10-12 reps shoulder shrugs 100 pound dumbbells. Rest 2 minutes repeat! Shoulders were very full!

Thanks, that's the plan. I probably won't do anything drastic enough to win the comp, but I don't care, I'm in it for the long haul. I do like being in the comps for et he motivation

Trying to recomp is getting frustrating, gains are slooooow. I'm seriously thinking bout upping my intake, more like bulking. I feel like if I can grow my legs first, fat will come off much easier. Don't care how it effects my chances of winning the comp

Sho is. I think I need to go all cut and bulk later, or all bulk and cut later. I'm way more concerned about building my legs than losing fat
