Meh. SHBG is quite is high... I believe it might be the low carb diet, you had the same issue when you did keto a while ago.

Very frustrated with the lose skin on my stomach, that's the man reason I keep wanting to bulk. Rode my old mountain bike today (need a new one), now bout to swim. Done a few dumbbell curls too
Bulking is more fun anyways but it’s kinda like cardio - it sucks but sometimes you just gotta do it! Lol Great work though! Can tell you’ve made tremendous progress! The loose skin gets better over time(at least from my experience)

Time for quality beef tonight then hoping for a deep and regenerating sleep. Planning to hit gym early in the morning if feeling alright.

Damn treacherous supermarket chains. Ground beef was mixed with swine meat. Why? Eheheh it costs 2x less than beef. It tasted revolting.

I will file a complaint to the authorities

Starting to think working legs twice a week is to much, was a little weak today. Probably has something to do with adding cardio too.

Are you splitting legs: quads and calves one day, hams and glutes another?

Didn't get much cardio last week. Maybe 3 sessions. Back on track tho. HIIT for15 and LISS for 30 today. Rest day from weights.
    What's everyone up to?

Agreed. I know I ran into that problem, cardio did not allow legs enough recovery

Biz- there are numerous ways. Bring your elbows straight back and hook your thumbs on your waist. Bring your chest up and try moving your elbows as far forward as they go. Bend back a little.
You can google and there are some really good videos.

Try splitting, you can put more effort in each.

Also you're 3 to 1 quad/hams on exercises, if you split you can try some SLDL type movement maybe with DBs if your back allows it and then curls.

It's an eugeroic drug, it keeps you awake and going. It stimulates the very wakefulness centers in the brain/hypothalamus. Very useful to narcoleptic ppl, chronic fatigue, depression etc. And if you need to pull an all nighter ofc.

Doesn't work with anyone though, it depends on your genetic makeup.

What the fuckkkkk.... that’s horrific, also I get all my BW when I’m on TRT/off cycle, everything is always going to be out of whack on cycle despite the precautions you take

Even more so man they can’t ban you asking for blood tests that would warrant a lawsuit, the NHS are at our service not the other way round. If I asked my doc for blood work and he said no I would loose my shit!!

Things down here as so absurd and upside down private bloodwork often costs less than NHS, so I always go with private... no wonder our health service is broken, it's corrupt beyond repair.

There are some horror stories here in the South, f.ex useless C-sections done for the sole purpose of getting more public money, and it's widespread practice, that's how the whole system runs like here.

She looker down her nose at me and done the old 'well we cant have you doing that now can we'

She specialised in womens hrt surprise surpise.

I dont want my docs to have any reason to change my trt protocol or make my life difficult so id rather get steroid bw seperate

    Socialism...
    Sucks.
You gotta say it with a southern accent and it makes it sound more like genocide or something...

SO-SIGH-ALL-ISM... Practice saying it as spelled like you got tonsils and the roof of your mouth pushed way the hell back up there.
