Something is going on I'm my lower abdomen, very low right, and back pain that's different from my spinal stuff. Got low grade fever and stomach issues, starting to think appendix

That is a very difficult question Tarzan. Im guessing they will 1st put you on blood thinners while monitoring you closely, hopefully this will be enough to dissolve the cloth, and hopefully this is not a chronic situation (happening for a long time) so your spleen veins are in good shape. If the blood thinners dont work you might need surgery, laparoscopic so they only do 3 small holes and do it through cameras.
But I think you are now in good hands, trust your doctors, and do what they tell you. If they ask you directly answer truthfully, if it was me I would ask the doctor for a private conversation and tell what I am taking but I am in a country where medical records are sealed from insurance companies.

I don't fear telling them, other than them blaming it on that and not doing further testing. I'm gonna see how it goes for now, maybe tell them I'm taking test. Thanks man

If you were taking nolva tell'em so, as it is known factor for blood clots. You can say it was part of gynecomastia treatment.
