Back day was meh, suffered a weak grip. Took it out on rears then hit failure on that fancy reverse fly machine.
Bumped my T4 this morning.
Considering resting today, otherwise it will be traps, side caps and tris, anything else is sore.
Need to start doing abs too haven't been doing any. Issues is any exercise like crunches and sit ups results in massive and painful cramps after a few reps, I ought to start conditioning the rectum abdominis in a gentler way and do some stretching.

Take a rest if you need it mate. If you really feel you need to do something do some conditioning like a circuit or just some cardio.
Away to gym then to work. Legs i guess.

Sorry I am not as active in the posting as I would like to be. Anyone that knows me knows I am always busy! The one thing I don't miss is my time in the gym. Been a very busy couple of days. i am selling my 41 foot fifth wheel camper and buying a new one. I sold mine Monday night and have to have it cleaned out by this coming Monday. Then i had to find the new one that my wife wants, could only find two in the whole US of A. One in Or and one in Pa. So on the 22nd i have to take a 12 hour one way road trip to Erie Pa to picK up a new 42 foot 5vr.
Ok enough of that. Great back workout yesterday I mixed it up a bit because I need to improve lats. So after a warm up and some foam rolling on my back, I went straight to the machine that is weighted and did 8 sets of wide grip pull-ups. Starting with no weight assist and adding weight as needed to achieve 8-12 reps. Then went to the flat bench and did pullovers with 85# dumdbells, next bent over rows 185 on bar, then back on a machine for more wide and narrow rows. Back is a bit sore today in a good way! Measurement around the ol love handles is down another 1/2 inch.
Scheduled a InBody scan for 5AM next Tuesday to get a feel on where I am compared to where I started.

Ultrasound went went good, she saw the clot, but said it wasn't that big, so it must be dissolving. She checked all my organs, everything looked good

Lol I regret not having grabbed nurses asses now.
rnsplg was a consonant abbreviation of an old gaming username I used over a decade ago, Renius Polygenes, I got the idea for the name from reading Conn Igguldens novels. Then every time I had to register somewhere with a username I just used that to remember my login. Then I made it shorter to log in quicker. Doesn't look or sound good though, I like Jerrys cousin Muscles much more
