Shoulders are fried, managed some negatives at the cable side raises. Couldn't rack a damn empty bar into position when I was done.
Might of have gone heavier on the DB presses though.

Stroke volume (SV) is the amount of blood pumped out of the heart (left ventricle - to the body) during each contraction measured in mL/beat (millilitres per beat). Therefore cardiac output (Q), the amount of blood leaving the heart each minute, measured in L/minute, can be calculated by multiplying stroke volume by heart rate (Q = SV x HR).
As you can see, the cardiac output (Q) will not increase just by increasing heart rate, since the stroke volume will probably decrease to compensate.

I have not, but my hr is elevated. I'm still on t3, but a low dose, it keeps my blood sugar from dropping when I eat. Hoping the tren and other aas's have something to do with it, should be out of my system soon

Honestly I don't know about your situation but I monitor my vitals closely and my resting HR is usually 60-65bpm, hence is definitely not normal for me to read above that, I can also tell from water retention and distribution thereof, how I respond to coffee, etc I'm pretty acquainted my myself and the way I respond to the hormones.

Morning, had a good sleep last night
Only traps and bis and my week is done. Kinda taxing going in mon-fri but it has been fun, need to optimize schedule though, and perhaps take a rest day in between. Or perhaps not
Metabolism has been increasing of lately, body demands more calories, guess the boost from training legs. Grip feels better.
Want a stinger style tank top to wear at gym, tired of regular clothes, I'm sure I'd look good with one.
Taking some progress pics on Sunday.

Food is good, been eating intuitively and seem to be maintaining a good level of body fat and putting on muscle at the same time. Gear is in full effect!! When I'm back from hols ill be getting in a bit more food to make the most of what I'm taking at the moment... That'll bring me to the end of this comp.

It's going to be a long day! Did something different last night because time was limited and I will be on the road today and tomorrow. Used the machines and did 2 sets to failure on each machine with no rest between sets, so I alternated between muscle groups, then did 30 minutes of cardio. Did my HIIT at 5AM this morning, working till 1030AM then hitting the road for an 11 hour drive about 1230. Wish me luck pulling a 42' 3" camper through Chicago.

Check the different heart rates out.
Today was 52bpm after wrestling to get a t shirt on lol. And months ago was 72 resting.
Doing consistant cardio drops my hr massively.
