I believe her to be in a relationship with one of the trainers, which is also quite big, so I better lay my eyes off her. And good lord she's stupid. On the way to locker room I noticed her on the treadmill. When I was back the treadmill was still on, guess the huge red "stop" button was not enough for her to notice.

You mean shoulders? Ofc, tris I can only feel the long head being sore, today I'll be in for traps and bis, will also add some dips at the end. I believe tris might need more volume work than heavy movements, endurance is rather poor. Comparatively my bis are pretty sturdy and can take a lot of shit, also quite hard to get them sore.
Not much else to report still horny as of lately lol

Nice session last night too,
BB Shrugs
BB curls
DB curls alternating
DB preachers
DB CC
DB hammer curls
BB wrist curls
Tri dips
Something is wrong at the gym. Everyone I see doing BB upright rows does them with very wide grip, and rows up while rotating shoulders externally, barbell being one hand distant from body. There must be a source of evil telling them to do this.
Heading to bed knackered in body and mind now, good night.

I get the wide part ( not too wide)... engage more deltoids, less traps, not sure why away from the body, though. I'm picturing the mid-point of a Cuban press
Glad you had a good wo and got shrugs in. Are you feeling a better mind-body connection on shrugs- good contraction?Last edited by PeanutbutterDC; 06-22-2018 at 06:01 PM.

Hello world
I means as wide as grip is right next to the plates lol.
Thanks,
shrugs I'm king, it's one of the movement I get best. Had two warm up sets and four working ones, pyramiding down starting from 100kg (220 lbs) x 6 reps, and did some rest pauses in the last two sets.
Noticed something curious about my tris, which tend to give out early. After a couple sets bw dips they felt sore but went stretching them and could perform two more sets with even more intensity. The soreness I felt was in fact, tightness/stiffness. An issue I tend have pretty much with everywhere with muscles though (probably thyroid related).
I like dips, just recall that I used to do tons of them in my time, they engage my tris thoroughly and don't bother my elbows like the skulls or pushdowns, I'll stick with them as well as overhead double-handed db extensions, which also I like.
Grip is faring much better too. Need to recover my strength though, it's not as good as two months ago or towards start of comp, been quite struggling with the last month or so, but still keeping up a good job I believe.

Was thinking getting "hammerheart" tattooed somewhere, it's something relevant to me. Thought back but don't really see the write fitting there.
What about running down tris? Split in two - "hammer" left, "heart" right.

Lost some water today and I sense E2 has lowered a bit, HR normalized too, energy and libido took a dive in the dump though, unusually tired today.

Captain guitarzan at the helm! Boy my lake days are much different, use to have 6 or 8 half naked women and my drinking buddies on the boat, now wife and kids...lol
Lose skin on my gut makes me wanna puke, hard to stay motivated to continue losing fat. I'll be glad when summers over so I can go back to bulking

I'm in the same boat with loose skin
<hehe>
But seriously, it does get better with time and, counterintuitively, more weight loss.
Would you consider a tummy tuck or non-surgical cosmetic treatments if still loose at goal?
Btw you look great! And I still envy your life mr I have a boat man

Never heard that before. Just keep it drama free. Most people listen and try to take other's point of view before we tell them how wrong they are. Just as long as it does not go into a thread where people get butt hurt and complain to management like Obs always does (telling management).

That hypers bench at gym is a godsend, it's earning me a canyon on my back, feels good to use too.

Right. And as long as there's some fat between the abs and skin, the fat will stay distributed in a blanket attached to the skin, and that keeps the skin from tightening up. Hope that makes sense.
Great motivation and resolve. I'm with you, buddy. Abs in my adult lifetime!

There is actually more to it. The skin has been stretched and as you get older the elasticity decreases. This is due to the collagen.
Working abs, building muscle, helps fill this void.
I struggle at competition time with the skin and I am single digit fat content. As I get leaner it becomes more pronounced.
I have taken collagen but not really seen anything exceptional.
The collagen activation is why the RF treatments work.

Top pic was 5/17; bottom was just now. This is good as it shows improvement during the competition. Still a long way to go, though
As an aside, I did a 4-week microneedleing trial. Can you tell which side (L or R) was treated? Yeah, me neither! So much for microneedleing[/QUOTE]
Great work PB, you had a kid so no one will ever say anything about your abs when you show off your guns!
