Looking much flatter and softer vs just one month ago, training is suffering, too. Strength and stamina went really downhill last week. Still keeping up with it, though, which I believe is most important.

I'm in fact, de-improving. Only three weeks left so I'd say I lost this one, but it's fine, just hoping to solve matters asap.

Best of luck to the other competitors.

Legs hurt even more today (48h mark), went for a walk and it relieved a bit.

Week end off then chest on Monday night.[/QUOTE

I do not think anyone is out of it yet. If you want to look fuller for the last pics, deplete your carbs the last week and carb load the day before the pics.

I would highly recommend that you guys send some pics. We may be able to give some pointers that may make a difference. I want everyone to finish this looking their best.
You have almost completed a grueling 90 days of your life. A lot can still happen in 3 weeks.

I am not feeling picture worthy at the moment. Hit the gym yesterday for shoulders, but could go today because of this new camper. I guess I picked a bad time to enter this. Every year we go to a country music festival for 9 days. We leave a week from today. No gym and lots of partying.
I did my last tren injection this morning so go back to my normal HRT. Still think this batch of tren was junk, pumps not the same, strength etc .....
Well, I have to get back to work on the new camper. Making something to hang my ladder for the bunk.

    Good advice.

Also a tan would help a ton.

You look good! Double bicep is the most difficult position btw.

Your back looks really good. You're being too hard on yourself. You're still in this

Don't forget the issue with SHBG in relation to your diet, there's chance bad diet is actually helping in getting the T rolling, you just need to adjust things so that to avoid low carbing over a long period.

Ahh i like that thinking. Thats very possible. Ill be sure to keep track of how i feel going forward on low carbs.

To anyone that doesnt know what hes talking about. I had blood work on keto ages ago and had very high top end of range shbg. Then when retested on low carbs weeks ago it was still high.

Any blood tests ive had on a higher carb diet ive shown to have good shbg levels. Bizzarre but it seems to be consistent

    Cheers matee good observation

It's not bizarre at all insulin levels are a major regulator of SHBG.

Thanks I just need to adjust the factors at play. I'm still slightly hypothyroid hence it's a no brainer I'm having issues, but I experience more sides if upping my med so still haven't.

    Jesus

    Chest

    Dumbbell chest press
    working sets 54kg forced negs
    Working set 46kg forced negs

    Decline bench press
2 working sets 90kg forced negs

    Flat db flies
2 working sets 20kg db forced negs

    30 mins cardio

I dont know whats going on. Strength is skyrocketing
Most ive ever db pressed is 48kg with assistance. Wanted to step it up a notch so i went for yhe 50s. One db missing.... no 52s.... thought to myself fuck it. 54s. Worked myself into a frenzy before i threw them up in the air. I could feel my pulse in my hands as i was working myself up igniting the adrenaline within with my breathing. Battered out 7 reps.
Got a couple of 'fuck me man' s as i put the weights away. Felt a couple of people watching me after that
    Felt good.

I burned most of my adrenaline on that set and tore all the fibres down.

Only just made it to the bathroom when i threw up in my mouth at the end of the session

    Home to refuel

Well not those side effects I was talking.

Melanoma and moles are very different. MT2 might even give better protection from UV radiation, and therefore melanoma.

What is your recommended MT2 dosage? I am using 1 mg daily during the loading phase and I used 1 mg 2x week for maintenance.
I am loading right now but I still have a tan left from the previous go at it.

Think my wife does 500mcg, long time since I've used, I don't have problems tanning and almost got priapism last I've used.

But I recommend start low, 250mcg and increase slowly monitoring sides.

Session was good today, felt and functioned better.

    Flat DB presses
    Flat flies
    Incline DB presses
    Incline flies
    Cables low to high
    Decline flies
Seated chest press to squeeze anything left

Forearms were pumped to pain but something was wrong with hands, they remained cool and weak, like blood supply halted at wrist. Used to have strong, red and warm hand I want that back.

First time I ever tried decline, like the movement, it felt like scraping the rust off something that hasn't been used for a while. In fact, I feel much better of a connection with the incline movements, wondering if I should press Incline/decline and ditch flat?
