Your light seems to be coming from the side. A little more from the front. Not direct though. You want a hint of shadow to show the cuts.

That may or may not be current. It’s the lighting. Almost an optical illusion.
    Thanks though Charger.

Light is in front. Slightly to the left. Knee slightly bent pushing through the heel. Toes up. And flex.

    Lighting is everything.

Im using a window as lighting from the front which is aboslute shite and i look flat as fuck. If i used the mirror on the wall or any gym mirror i look much bigger and leaner.

There photos alwere taken around the same time no pump. I think my arms look an inch bigger in the mirror shot and more defined

Got bigger looking caps on my shoulders also.

    It changes everything lol

From a judging perspective this kind of photos are really unimpressive.

Actually, when I am in a bind, I will do subway and not feel guilty. It is probably the most nutritious fast food out there.

Shoulders and arms last night, had to leave traps out cause run out of time.

Side delts are in hell, my usual routine is proving very effective. Lateral raises sset with upright rows, then finish with negatives.

Went heavy on shoulder press machine then but it's last time I use it, feels gay ass and can't get the isolation. Next time I man up and start some pressing with dbs so I can fully control the movement. Curious to try the smith though.

Legs hurt even more today (48h mark), went for a walk and it relieved a bit.

Week end off then chest on Monday night.

Here's a good example of different light. The first one is with ceiling lights and mirror lights, the second just ceiling lights

Natural light works best with me, but I would need to take pics at right time of day plus it has been cloudy lately. Might have the chance tomorrow.

If you read on the nebido website some effects take 18-24 months...

It felt much longer than its been tbh. Reading other guys progress with sustanon and cypionate the waiting game gets very old very quick unfortunately.

But thanks mate. Hows ur protocol going? Is your cycle still masking its effects lol?

Actually, lead in solid form is not that toxic, or doesn't get in your system easily. Back when leaded gas was around, it was common for people to have have high blood levels. We do work at a exide battery plant, and have to be tested every three months while working there

Third injection now, the first one I had trouble after 6 weeks, doc didn't give booster shots (they guidelines here tell them not to) so had to supplement myself but it's getting better. I think I'll need a longer time before I'd like to adjust the interval. I'd rather keep it at 12 weeks, after the first shot my bloods were at 25nmol or something 4 weeks after. 12 week plus some HCG and I'll be just fine. Time will tell though. I feel great and sleep like a baby. Doing much better than natty and have much less recovery/energy issues and I can see it in my logbook, I get much more work done without getting burned out. Not regretting this at all, very happy to be on nebido and one injection every 12 weeks ain't shit!

I was thinking ordering raws and brew my own, but pin once weekly. I have already tried nebido 1+ years felt like chemical torture, but I'm confident I can make it work alright if done my way. Might also try TD first.
