bizz and eduke. you guys just focus on putting on muscle, if you stay clean and incorporate cardio 3x a week that's all you need.

guitar, you cut, your muscle ain't going no were, its deep rooted and seems its there to stay.

    zuez, same as guitar.

DC- you should train with me personally (jk....unless you want to, ill pay the ticket ) but seriously, you just keep doing what your doing, you are lean and jacked.

    good luck to all.

I'm shooting straight down the middle. blinders on. I'm concerned with before and after pics only.

friendship or the like has no meaning here.

I have been noticing getting even leaner on some areas like top of sternum and I'm seeing muscle stripes/veins where I never have before, seems like I'm burning fat (the acetone smells I sometimes get also speaks for itself) despite eating already above my usual maintenance, again not sure what my actual TDEE is atm. Makes me wonder if I should shoot for ~3000kc if aiming at building any new muscle tissue, otherwise I might as well pack and go home.

I'm planning 30min HIT sessions on Sunday and Thursday morning, fasted. I already walk around a lot during my day.

    -----

Chest and tris today went good, both endurance and strength are improving. Started counting reps at the start then lost train of thought and just went killing it, hit failure on chest flies (new weight - 18kg|40lbs, just a couple weeks ago was half that) and volitional failure I believe on triceps overhead extensions. Felt a bit shaky and irritable until had chance to eat.

    Thank You!
I could definitely use a trainer or training partner. Pretty hard to do negatives and forced reps on my own. Also, I could use a push to squeeze out a few more reps when my brain says "stop"

    10:15 am, working from home

    So far;
M1: 100g Oats, berries, soy milk, 30g Whey Protein
    M2: 2 Bagels w/ Natural PB, 30g Whey protein.

Trained push last night, left shoulder still seems weak, but smashed out lots of isolation work and feeling it today. Back and Biceps tonight, looking forward to it.

    Why soy?

Have you looked into cashew or almond milk?

Cashew milk is like 25cals a glass and tastes really good

Left work yesterday and went straight to the gym to lift. Did 45 minutes on just back (lots of wide grip pull ups) then hit the gym for more HIIT this morning. I was not prepared yesterday because this was a last minute decision to do this. My wife had already made pork ribs the night before so that's what I grabbed for lunch (saved my tuna packs for emergencies)! Hit my calories but not macro's. I think I should just plan a perfect days worth of food and eat it everyday!

I may have to try this. I use 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk in my protein pancakes, works well with the almond flour, and vanilla protein.

Sounds delicious, I haven't made protein pancakes in a while.. may make some tonight post workout!

Yeah give it a go, i find almond milk with oats it too runny as its a very light consistency, but soy is quite thick more like cows milk so seems to work better with oats. Just my opinion though!

I use almond for shakes and hot drinks tea/coffee.

I use my bullet blender and grind whole oats into a powder, then use 1/4 cup of the oats, 1/4 cup almond flour, 2 scoops of vanilla protein, 1/4 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 1/4 cup liquid egg whites, 1 tsp baking powder, and cinnamon to taste. I wait and eat them after my morning fasted HIIT. I still need to find a good prework out carb that I can take to work and consume quick and easy. I sip BCAA's during both workouts but not the same as carbs.

I seem to remember a lot of banter between the participants last time. I am glad you guys/gals are respecting your elder and not trying to help me find ways to incorporate some Geritol into my daily plan!

Nice! You've motivated me, i shall give this recipe a go!

If i need a quick carb ill go for bananas, rice cakes orrrr rice krispies (not all together lol) which are like a sugar free popped rice cereal, ill mix these with almond milk and whey protein, also not a bad carb/pro breakfast if your in a rush!

The reason for me mentioning the soy is because of estrogen

Yes it is an Excel spread sheet I made. Easy to customize to your target calories and macros. Then just fill in the macros for each food you eat and it will automatically calculate your percentages and chart it. I like it because when I leave work I know what I have left for that evening. I think i can PM it to you? I will send my template any questions on what blocks to change just ask.

You'd need to get 80% of your daily intake of protein from Soy for it to effect your estrogen, and even at this point it would only increase your estrogen by the smallest percentage you wouldn't even notice. Also soy has been shown to decrease chances of prostate cancer as well.

With that being said, my soy intake is minimal. Has never affected my estrogen and i get BW every 3-5 months

I used to this when I was a kid.

50% sugar, 50% rice krispies and you'd be left with a very drinkable syrup at the end. Think id vomit if i did this now... lol

I am lucky I have great veins. We have a nurse in the family and a lot of nurse friends, they refer to my arms and veins as nurse porn. I will be giving today so no lifting tonight. Even though my wife just had a heart attack last Friday she worries about me because she see the commercials on TV "Have you or a loved one had a heart attack from low testosterone treatments? Is so contact this attorney at ........" So I keep my hemocrit below 16 if possible, normally around 16.2 when I go in.
Since Cousin drug me into this kicking and screaming like a little boy/girl, I am going to run a cycle earlier than I normally would. I normally do low dose twice a year. Last one ended Feb 1st so it's been 13 weeks, just had labs, my BP has been amazing lately 120's/70's with a pulse in the 60's. So I will go give a pint this afternoon and then start putting superman juice in my blood tomorrow morning!!!!

Ok question for the group. What tricks do you use to ensure you drink enough water daily? During the week at work I do ok but weekends and after work not so good. I see guys that carry around a gallon jug all day, was thinking of trying that.

Jeez, I’m usually in and out in 5. Usually get one of the 70 year old pervy NHS nurses though... think it’s just a part of their service now lol
