Ref water, I always wake up and drink 1 pint with my vits before i eat anything think this is a good routine to get into, I drink about 3-4 litres per day, I always have a two litre water bottle on my desk at work, same as when i work from home i always have the 2 litres in front of me just because it reminds me to drink when i'm busy... Ill take it into meetings with me as well and just sip throughout the day.
You could set goals, like 1 litre by 10am, another litre by 1pm, a further 1 litre by 4pm etc..

I hope your wife is okay and recovers mate. Thats terrible.
My family has heart problems so ill too be doing as much prevention work as i can. Ill never let my blood get out of whack.

As far as water... you sometimes look like a right muppet but get one of the gallon water jugs. All you have to do is finish one per day. Theyre not that big either.

powder up oats in blender or coffee grinder.
40g powder, 15g whey powder, cinnamon, and 4 egg whites and a tablespoon of water. this makes perfect pancakes to dip into my stevia sweetened coffee. I also scramble 4 whites and 1 while to round this breakfast out.
also get on with fairlife milk.

I wake up slam a 16 oz bottle of water.
20 min later another that makes a quart total.
after food another, after bath another.
this is 1/2 gallon total before I leave house.
then I bring 2 more bottles to work.
drink one every 30 min
I go for 10-12 daily that's 1.25 -1.5 gallons. on,top of coffee and such. I'm hydrated.
its easy to chug 16 oz at a time, its hard drinking out a gallon jug.

I wake up, piss rust, curse tren and adrol, the drink a half gallon of milk and buncha coffe and redbull. Then I tell my gf, "We need to get some GD bottled water in this house... Fuuuck".
Then she says, "Go buy some then you dick!"
So I start drinking tap water in spite.
Spite is the best motivator.

Eduke: I will be doing 80mg Tren ace EOD, 100mg test CYP subq every 3.5days, .5 caber twice a week, 250 IU HCG twice a week, 12,5mg exemestane twice a day, 600mg NAC, red yeast rice etc etc .... Was thinking of adding T3? Same cycle I run twice a year except increased tren from 50 to 80. Keep in mind that at 56 I am pretty happy with my build over-all ... well I was until I looked at those pics I took LOL!
I will try the one gallon jug and fill it as soon as I get out of bed and then make sure it's gone by dinner time. Even if I have to set an alarm on my cell for every two hours as a reminder to fill a cup of ice with water and drink it. Your kidneys max output is close to 1 liter per hour. 16oz is close to half a liter, so if you are drinking more than 32oz per hour you are putting stress on your kidneys, not to mention removing minerals from your body.
I dont from whoever you guys heard it was healthy to drink this much water. It isnt, you are just peeing it out... Except of course if you live in the desert, or have a strenous job in a very hot area.

What are the size of the kidneys and body mass of the individual?
Like all scientific studies it is vague and one size fits all. I let thirst dictate. Old fashioned I guess.

We do also have to remember applying natural studies to non natural individuals is really silly in some cases. The added needs caused by AAS are there. Perhaps this is why bb's have kidney issues at higher levels?

Drink evenly throughout the day, if you can sip on it, better. I get 2,5-3L per day and have a physically demanding job. Same with coffee, it's better to sip on it. I have associated constant urges to pee frequently too with drinking water too quickly. If I have a long and intense training session and I don't hydrate properly throughout the day I wake up in the night with cramps...

I live in a pretty warm environment (gets HOT in summer) and I need 3-4 liters a day, I drink between .5 and 1 liter around workouts otherwise I notice blacking out especially if doing deads or squats, I sweat profusely during my lifts.

i use this for water.
I have 3 - 5 gal buckets in kitchen with taps on bottom like Gatorade dispensers.
fill them up weekly, pure reverse osmosis water (same as your non-spring bottles water

well this won't remove biological contamination, just TDS and chloromine.
you need a uv stage filter for thst,which I do have, but don't use it for MY water. for other things its used.

I read in a sticky here years ago
about drinking at least 1-1.5 gal a day of water on cycle helps build muscle, keep blood thin and help water retention
was said the more you drink, the less you hold
personally I hate all that water. id be happy at 3 liters to a gallon that's it.

Well I did get to go lift tonight! I went to give blood and they wouldn't take it! I have a prescription for Therapeutic phlebotomy because I can't donate (was exposed to hepatitis B and had the antibody shot), the script requires my hemocrit to be over 16 and today it was 15.4 and 15.5. So I had a great HIT chest workout! Flat bench, incline bench, decline bench, cable cross overs and cables low to high.

I did chest tonight, too (cable flyes for 5 sets, db pr 4sets, incline db pr 4 sets, incline Smith pr 4 sets, incline bench pr 4 sets), also calves and glutes. No cardio today.
I really need a training partner on chest day. Almost got stuck under the bar towards the end of my wo.

Looks a like a lot but smashed it all out in 60 mins. 30-45 secs rest between sets. I was drenched..
Have upped the calories by 500, decided to start tracking to make sure I am consistently eating enough food.
Took a cialis a few days ago for fun, gave me horrible sides, blocked nose, very high body temp, red face, headaches.... This has cleared, feel much better now. Thought it was initially related to the tren but am now 100% it was the cialis. only took 12mg.. Firs time ever though.

PBDC: SORRY but I have to interject into this conversation. Ok so I did 20 dickups with a huge wet towel before bed last night after finding out that penis size counts, I sure hope definition and hardness counts for this part.
Joking a side PBDC I workout with my son in law on most weekends so I do get to force reps and go to failure atleast once a week. I belong to two gyms, (LP) is like a country club with towel service, steam room, hot tub, full size Olympic pool, juice bar etc... but the members overall are older and don't really lift. It's very hard to get a spot when the only other people in the weight room are over 70! The other gym (crunch) is new and very big with some pretty cool equipment. Crunch is like the walmarts of fitness clubs, at 10 bucks a month everyone joins. The good thing is there are a lot of younger guys there and can always get a spot ... if you can get the bench/machine you want to use.
Eduke: I do 5mg cialis twice a day (morning and pre-workout) no sides. I often do 60 minutes on one muscle group, but that is normally when I go heavy and rest 2 minutes between sets. I try to do the American College Of Sports medicine routine 2 weeks lighter weights (reps 14-18) 2 weeks medium weight (reps 8-12) and then 1 week heavy (reps 4-6). The theory is your body never gets used to the same old routine and with my age I have to keep the joints healthy. Lifting heavy all the time would put me on the side lines with shoulder, elbow, back and hip pain.
Here is what I consumed yesterday. Doing terrible in the carb area and to much fat. It's just the way it worked out, wife made ribs and a friend wanted to make dinner for us and she brought tenderloin for me to do on the grill. I cooked up turkey breast and chicken thighs last night.
